These people need to rot in jail. They should never see day light agian. I cant beleive the bail was set so low. They will post bail and run. We will have to pay for the cops to find them and then they wont spend a whole lot of time jail. They will just get out to do it agian that is what is wrong with our justice system we dont punish these people hard enough the first time!!! IMO they shouldnt live to see the second time!!!!

Hmmm I read up on it thanks. To save time, I think Tex should go with the scalpel technique and just skip the local anesthesia and opt for the tie down. I was surprised that it takes 4 months before an emission is sperm free!

How many states allow sterilization? I think some do.
