IMO whatever the autopsy reveals the mother will claim "something happened" to Frankie and she didn't call 911 because she was afraid LE would take her other kids away. MOO
Oh boy wouldn't we like a dollar for every time we hear that. smh.
R.I.P little guy.

Has anyone come across autopsy results or when they may come out?

I drove past the church today in the middle of errands- there was an amazing amount of items left for Frankie. I'll try to stop back by tomorrow and check on it again. I did want to leave my own personal token as well.

State seeks to terminate parental rights of woman charged in toddler's death

June 3, 2020

As mourning continued Wednesday for toddler Frankie Gonzales, state child welfare workers sought to terminate his mother’s parental rights to two other children, and records revealed that her rights to six other children were taken from her five years ago.

Laura Sanchez, 35, who was charged Tuesday with first-degree felony injury to a child in her 2-year-old son’s death, remained in jail Wednesday on a $500,000 bond. She is also being held on allegations of parole violations.
[.....]
Petitions seeking to terminate Laura Sanchez’s parental rights to her 3-year-old and 4-month-old children were not publicly available Wednesday because Associate Judge Nikki Mundkowsky ordered them sealed.
[.....]
Sanchez, also known as Laura Jane Villalon, was released from prison in May 2019 after serving time for a burglary of a habitation conviction and was scheduled to remain on parole through September 2022 before her arrest this week. Before she was sent to prison, Sanchez was on probation, but it was revoked for continued drug use and other violations, records show.
[.....]
Maternal grandparents who were living with Villalon and her children at the time also tested positive for cocaine, DFPS reports show.

and unfortunately no court date in the article....

According to the article last night, they are still doing the autopsy in Dallas. His funeral services have been delayed until they finish it.

Noting:
  • Laura Sanchez is identified on the McLennan County Jail’s online roster as Laura Jane Villalon and charged with injury to a child.
  • She’s held without bond on a parole violation from a previous conviction.
  • Police spokesman Garen Bynum said Frankie was never in the park.
  • After Sanchez confessed to family members, she told police her son was no longer alive and led them to the body.
  • Autopsy results were pending Tuesday, but foul play is suspected.
  • Sanchez was arrested at the Waco Child Advocacy Center.
  • Two of Frankie's siblings were placed in foster care.
  • The affidavit investigators submitted for the warrant was still not available Wednesday. Courthouse officials said they didn’t know where it was.
  • Under state law, the affidavit becomes a public record after an arrest warrant is served.

9 children, 6 already removed??? On probation, jailed, then on parole?? Known drug use amongst herself and other family in the home?? I would really like to know why she was given these parental rights to three young children in the first place... was she the sole caregiver or sharing custodial rights with family members?

Why didn't they take these children at birth from her then? This is terrible. Poor babies.

Are there charges for the maternal grandparents?
Are all 9 from Frankie's father? I doubt it. I would like to know if Dad knows about the other 6 at all? MOO

What?!? Why the hell did she keep having them if she didn’t want them?
For the money? 9 children?

from the article I posted:

Her parental rights to six children, two with the surname Villalon and four with the surname Sanchez,

And Frankie's last name was Gonzales, don't know "what" the 3 year old or 4 month old's last names are...

I’d like to see more people donating to child advocacy services than putting items at memorials for the little ones, that will mostly end up thrown away. Not meaning to say you’re doing anything wrong, but sometimes you see enormous memorials and all the money spent on those items could make a difference if donated.

According to the Affidavit she has (at least one) an adult son, out of the other 6 JMO
MOO All these relatives, they must have known she was on drugs especially if her parents are too. I wonder if the youngest baby was born with signs and still not taken? MOO
It sounds like IMO that the adult son could of been a juvenile at the time and also one of the 6 taken away from her. Maybe he lives with another relative so that is why she tried to say Frankie was with him. If he is already an adult, she was 17 or younger when she had him. Again just all IMO.

She is 35 years old and has had nine children, six were previously removed from her care. Frankie's death was a "crime waiting to be committed," in my opinion. The arrest warrant to me is very telling in that it documents that Mom lied and blamed, even suggesting that Frankie had been with her adult son, -nothing like throwing your own family (another one of your children) under the bus - after having wrapped her own two years old child in GARBAGE BAGS and dumping her own child as trash with trash after killing him. Her Facebook posts after he died only substantiate what a liar and manipulator she is. She is despicable and I hope she pays harshly for this little toddler's death. I can only imagine what her other 8 children have experienced at her hands. Glad at least 6 of them were "rescued" from her at one point in time. Throw the book at her, throw it hard.
