Sanchez told the officer that Frankie died while in her care on or around May 28, and she kept the body in her house until Saturday, when she disposed of it in the trash bin.

died of what, i wonder...I guess that information will come out soon when the autopsy has been completed.

Waco police find body of missing boy, take mother into custody

Gonzales’ mother, Laura Sanchez, has been booked into jail on first-degree felony injury to a child charge, WPD public information officer Garen Bynum said. The arrest warrant was obtained around noon Tuesday. An Amber Alert was issued for Gonzales on Monday.

Bynum said there could be more charges against Sanchez at a later date.

HOW can a mother put her child’s dead body in a dumpster? How could you sleep at night knowing your baby is out there in a rubbish bin Of all the places she could think of.. she didn’t even give her son any dignity in death. That beautiful little boy. Dumped like trash. I dread to think what his short life was like with this sorry excuse of a mother. I’m so angry, need to take a break from cases like this I think

Looking at her photos there are a couple with Frankie that his face looks like he has bruises. I wonder if he was a victim for a while.

I just cannot understand this. WHY? How can someone be so cold? If she hit him and hurt him badly why not call the police and just hope he can be saved? This was so brutal. Maybe she waited knowing when the trash would be picked up and just figured no one would notice. But to physically pick up your tiny toddler and throw him in the dump is just beyond anything...abd then post her nasty mug on fb like nothibg happened?? I hope she gets the death penalty.

I saw this too, she looks terrified. It broke my heart even more wondering what she might have witnessed and been subjected to. I hope those babies are somewhere safe, being well looked after and loved.

Rest in peace Frankie. So sad, so many questions. The only reason, IMO, that she would put him in the dumpster is because he died by her hands because she intentionally harmed him whether during a fit of anger or not. Had an accident happened she would have called authorities, had she punished him too harshly without an intent to kill him she could have called the police. I would not be surprised to learn that Frankie has/had been routinely physically abused by his Mother. Like I said, MOO. You would never know by her Facebook pics/msgs she has posted since she killed her son that she had a dead two-year-old at home and/or in a dumpster. Chilling!

(replying to my own post) come to think of this. What do they mean "on or around May 28? She doesn't even know when her child died/killed? What the hell was she on? IMO
