I cannot believe this woman had 9 children total and had already had 6 taken away from her.
That poor little baby. I believe I saw an interview where she tried to say her oldest son had little Frankie. What is wrong with human beings???

Police arrest father of Frankie Gonzales, local boy found dead in dumpster
Waco Police late Wednesday announced the arrest of Lorenzo Gonzalez in connection to the death of his son, Frankie Gonzales, a local toddler found dead in a dumpster after he was reported missing by his mother at Cameron Park.

Gonzalez will be charged with abandoning or endangering a child, police said.

[...]

During the course of the investigation, police learned Lorenzo Gonzalez had signed an official agreement with the Department of Family and Protective Services agreeing that he would not leave the children unsupervised with Sanchez “due to risk of harm to the children.”

Police said the father “intentionally left the children alone and unsupervised with Laura in violation of the agreement that was made with the state.:

“This violation ultimately led to the injuries and death of Frankie Gonzalez.”

An article I read also mentioned immigration charges for possible deportation.

Guess the rest of the kids are stuck in foster care pretty much forever then. :(

Sometimes I wonder if it wouldn’t be better just to pay them to not have children.

This may be an unpopular opinion but perhaps sterilization would be a viable option...clearly they, but especially her, are unfit parents if they a) didn't care about their safety and b) didn't want them at all.

Do you have link to the immigration charges? TIA! :)
And does anyone know how old Gonzales (Lorenzo) is?

Waco Police Department
Father has been arrested
Good! It's unusual to see a second caregiver charged. In this case IMO LE has a solid case against the mother and doesn't need the father to testify against her. Hopefully this means he'll actually be punished for his reckless actions.

If he isn't immediately deported then he's facing prison for a minimum of 2 years.

In an April 24 CPS hearing, state officials ordered that Villalon could be with her children only with supervision, leaving Gonzalez with primary custody of the three
...
While the search for Frankie was ongoing, Gonzalez told a CPS investigator he and Villalon recently had reconciled because he thought she was doing better and had shaken her drug habit.

He said he left the three kids with her but said he thought the CPS-approved supervisor was supposed to come to the house to make sure Villalon was not alone with the kids, the CPS investigator’s affidavit states.
...
While the cause of Frankie’s death has not been reported, a CPS affidavit states the 3-year-old sister talked about it in a forensic interview on June 1.

She “stated that her brother Frankie fell in a pool and hurt his arm and closed his eyes and didn’t open them back up,” the affidavit states.

In an interview in Spanish with the Tribune-Herald early Wednesday before his arrest, Gonzalez, the father, said he still does not know how Frankie died.

He said he and Villalon were living together, but he left the children with her while he was working because he trusted her.
Police: Frankie Gonzalez's father broke CPS order by leaving child with mother before his death

Interesting comment from Frankie's 3 year old sister.

Also, she is listed as being booked under the last name Villalon, not Sanchez, so I will guess her case would be the State of Texas VS Villalon.
