I really think the link to Marcos has to be fleshed out and hope that LE or the powers in control is working on it now. That is where I'd focus. I think it is him, sadly...

I agree although I hope Marcos isnt our Little Jacob for his foster familys and Samaritans sakes.
Absolutely awful no matter who this little one is, no doubt. Please understand that I am not intentionally being insensitive to Samaritan or anyone else who knows and loves Marcos.
Not knowing is agony, but we have to be logical here and there seems a resemblance and circumstances that merit further investigation IMO.
No worries Az. You’re absolutely right, Marcos’ disappearance and resemblance to ‘Little Jacob’ does warrant further investigation. I know the pain of decades of living with the ‘not knowing’ what had become of my younger brother. For me, it was a relief to find closure, even if that meant losing him all over again.

Oh! Do you mind sharing your story of your brother? I always wonder, in cases of children dumped after death, if there were siblings that always wonder what happened to that brother or sister. Little Jacob's case has me wondering if there was a little brother or sister, or a big brother or sister that are worrying right now about their missing loved on.
Bo, I feel for your personal loss and journey.
Closure is so important to us, especially with loved ones.
Through your many posts, through many cases, your 'kind heart' in helping others is so evident.
Here, with "little Jacob" is another example of your dedicated extensive work.
Thank you.
I did mention Marcos to the Det. I'm sure he has followed up - however I'm not in the loop when it comes to updates.
I also asked him to do a welfare check on a local boy that I know has been in state custody/fostered pretty much his entire life. However, since he isn't listed as missing I cannot post his information.
You are such a wonderful advocate for ‘Little Jacob’ and the missing children of Texas, Lyssa. Thank you for bringing Marcos’ and your local boy’s cases to the attention of LE, among others x
In my case, my brother was a newborn when I was three and a half. I was told he died during childbirth but I somehow knew that to be a lie. I lived with that knowledge and the unresolved grief for nearly twenty years until I discovered the truth of what had happened to him.
I hope you dont mind if I dont go into the details, Boots. But, suffice to say, siblings do grieve for their lost brothers and sisters and its very difficult if their absence is a family secret. The trauma of separation from significant others often results negative repercussions for the surviving children during their adult lives. Believe me, knowing is much better than not knowing. It brings with it sadness, a sense of closure and, eventually, an end to grief.
All of these children hold a special place in my heart. I hope Little Jacob doesn't have to go unidentified for much longer![]()
