Looking at him....he has very big eyelashes...this has to been see in him while being alive...also a lot of hair on his forehead...and tiny upper lip....I'ts a post mortem pic...but I'm sure he didn't have much of an upper lip

I'm with you! I think the eyelashes Little Jacob had would have gotten a lot of attention. I'm not seeing the long lashes on Marcus, but I think the lips could be very similar. Marcus seems to have the slightest smile. I need to look at Carl's picture again.

IMO, this "Jacob" isn't Jacob Hoggle.
I don't see any similarities.

Ok...some nuances....I see certain teeth....when do they come out? have to find that out...also Dutch kids are mostly very large...need to look at the stats for Mexican people....they are probably smaller, lighter on a certain age.

All kids are different but my 4 oldest kids and most I’ve seen with my community of parents and kids start losing front teeth at about 5-5 1/2 years old.

Siblings went missing, one day apart. Sept 2014 Mother tells authorities and family "they are fine, I placed them in a new child care" She is admitted to nuthouse. Bodies never found.
UID Jane doe Madison county texas (150 miles from Galveston) found in suitcase had feeding tube. Sept. 2016.

These two missing kids look alot like UID jane doe Madison county and Little jacob.

I don't see a resemblance at all. Sorry. Jacob Hoggle's hair alone would be enough to eliminate him, I think.

If there is someone questioning the whereabouts of a child that seems to have vanished and they are being told that child is with relatives or taken by CPS, alarm bells should be going off. That happened in Baby Grace's case and Baby Doe's case.

It's a long shot, but I am really hoping that Little Jacob did receive some medical attention and that somehow that might lead to his identity. I cannot remember in Bella's case, but it seems toxicology reports were released not too long after the autopsy. Maybe carbuff remembers?

Little Jacob still had all of his baby teeth.

I'm definitely not a current expert, but I'm curious if he could have been dumped in the water at Baytown and then traveled to where he was found at 700 Seawall Boulevard. It's approximately 41 miles.

GPD says he was placed in the water locally in Galveston County. I think it's likely he was walked into the water from the beach front, or tossed into the ship channel at the end of the island. I will try to get some pictures for you all so you can get a better idea of the area.

I agree about the eyelashes being noticed while he was alive. My 2 year old son has beautiful long dark lashes and people always comment on them when they meet him or see pictures of him, especially women.

With those beautiful eyelashes, distinct eyebrows, and that dark hair extending along his forehead, I can’t imagine how he will go unidentified much longer. Someone will recognize him, I’m sure. I don’t necessarily think he had a thin upper lip, however. I’m betting that some of the decomposition affected this area of his face fairly quickly.

In the Cleveland, Ohio case it was the child's teeth that got him recognized. I wonder if they have any post mortems showing little Jacob's teeth.

While I know some people think the actual picture of him is disturbing, I’m glad they did release it. The composite sketches are good.. but there’s a lot of differences.. like the hair on the face, the eyebrows.. they did well, but seeing his actual face I think should hopefully make it easier to recognize this little guy. I’m just curious as to what his actual cause of death was if it wasn’t drowning and it wasn’t from abuse he may have suffered. What in the world happened to this sweet boy? I wish someone.. ANYONE would step forward and give him his real name back to him, and tell us what happened to him. He deserves that much. No matter what a child does they do not deserve to be somehow killed and thrown away like trash.
