Couldn't find a thread for her. Forgive me if there is one.
While the woman's death was an accident, I can't help but have a bad feeling about this case. She had an odd tattoo, bad dental health, and many scars on her arms and legs. I wonder if this woman was a victim of abuse, possibly human trafficking? Some victims are usually tattooed with a number or something.

Distinctive Features: 3" scar on inner right ankle, numerous small scars on arms and legs, tattoo of "S011" on inner left ankle. Due to decay, she had a large gap in her front teeth.

Circumstances
The deceased was walking along the service road of the freeway when she was struck by a passing motor vehicle.
