Male fetuses get erections in the womb. It's very possible that a boy that age could be forced into vaginal sex. (I know that's not what happened here, but it's not impossible.)

Probably when force, weapon, or threats are employed and there's a big disparity in age.

I suspect the news reporter and Quannel X are not simply taking the mother's word for what she is being accused of, but rather, they've read the accusing document.

But of course, I could be wrong.

You must not be familiar with Quannel Ralph Evans if you don't think he will absolutely take the mother's word for it and find the nearest microphone

Ten year olds experiment with children of the same age, not four year olds. If everyone in your neighborhood experimented at or near puberty with children barely out of the toddler days that's very worrying.
