Do you know if she's expected to testify?

I really doubt it. Her lawyers will try to prevent it. But she has made lots of police statements and done TV interviews and even pled guilty at one point.

For more than three and a half hours, the courtroom watched and listened to the police interview Williams after her husband was found shot to death in their bed.

In the video, Williams has one or both of her hands over her face for almost all of the interview. At first, police are simply asking Michele details about her family makeup as they keep ensuring her it was protocol.

But it wasn't long before the questions turned to motive. Police asked about life insurance policies and Williams said she and her husband each had $650,000 on each other.

Michele Williams was the bookkeeper for the family’s computer programming business, which was in deep trouble when her husband, Greg Williams, was fatally shot in October 2011, a forensic financial analyst testified Wednesday.

Bank records showed that in January 2011 the Williamses had as much as $110,000 in bank accounts, but by October they had $1,000, Jeanette Hanna, an analyst for the Tarrant County district attorney’s office, told a jury Wednesday evening. But Greg Williams earned about $850,000 in the 10 months before his death, Hanna said.

When they applied for a loan for a new house, the couple said they had more than $143,000 in a bank account, she said. “That account didn’t exist,” Hanna testified. “It was a fraud.”

Hmm. Jack Strackland. Back in August 1976, in Fort Worth Texas a man dressed all in black broke in and killed his twelve year old step daughter , her mothers boyfriend and shot the woman several times but she lived. She and another woman said it was Cullen Davis. After the trials of Cullen Davis, Priscilla dated Jack Strickland who prosecuted Cullen, and one time when they were in a car Priscilla's gun went off.

Anyway another case of a man dresses all in black being the killer in two of his cases.

The victim was Greg Williams, and his mother testified on Thursday afternoon. Betty Middlebrooks told the jury a little bit about her son, breaking down in tears while pointing out the man in a photograph.

Middlebrooks stated that Greg Williams was happy, and had many plans for the future with his family. “He wanted to retire early so he could travel with his family,” the mother said. “He had a plan. He wanted to retire at 45 so he could be devoted to his family”...

Middlebrooks cited the strange behavior on the witness stand Thursday, saying that she was surprised that her daughter-in-law never called to tell her about what had happened. “I never heard from her,” the mother said. “I kept thinking I would, but no, I did not.”

After seven hours of deliberation on Monday, a Tarrant County jury found Michele Williams guilty of murder in the death of her husband in 2001...

They also convicted Williams on one count of tampering with evidence involving a gun but acquitted her of a count of tampering with the body.

Williams faces a maximum of life in prison on the murder charge and 20 years in the tampering case. The punishment phase of the trial begins Tuesday.

That didn't take long and not much time off before sentencing.

She could have had a 20 year sentence - had she lived up to the plea that she took. Now, she could be facing life in prison. True justice!

The sister of a Keller mom convicted of murdering her husband told a jury Tuesday during the punishment phase of the trial that Michele Williams could not be trusted...

When asked by prosecutor Jack Strickland about Michele Williams’ reputation in the community, as far as being truthful and law-biding, sister, Laura Cusick said, “It’s bad.”

Also Tuesday, an investigator for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office testified that he found no medical records showing Michele Williams was pregnant with twin boys or that she had a miscarriage while she was in jail.

A Tarrant County jury is now deliberating the punishment for a Keller mother convicted of murdering her husband and then allegedly telling a series of lies to deflect blame and delay her criminal case.

Dubbed the "Black Widow," Michele Williams, 45, didn't testify on her own behalf, and no one testified for her. In closing arguments, prosecutor Jack Strickland said no one testified for her because attorneys couldn't find anyone willing to support her.
