Specifically the document states investigators were looking for search history information related to sedation, sedation techniques, gun purchases, crime scene staging, staging a break-in or covering up a murder.

Investigators believe Williams may have given her husband something to knock him unconscious before allegedly shooting him in the head.

“The volume on the television in the room where the suspect’s husband was discovered was extremely loud, indicating that the suspect’s husband was possibly sedated prior to being murdered and the volume was turned up to obscure the sound of a gunshot,” the affidavit reads.

Sedating him first then shooting him makes me wonder if there was any previous DV history. Most people believe if you are holding the gun, you have the control and can shoot the person. But a person who was previously and chronically abused sometimes cannot face the abuser. They fear the abuser so much that they cannot belive that even holding a gun and pulling the trigger will stop the abusers.

Doesnt look good for the suspect/wife. What a shame.

Keller black widow Michele Williams rejects plea deal and opts for murder trial in husband's death

In a shocking twist, a Keller woman who had previously reached a plea deal with Tarrant County in the death of her husband no longer says she’s guilty. Michele Williams was expected to begin a 20-year prison sentence on February 10 after a perfunctory hearing in front of State District Judge Scott Wisch.

Instead, assistant district attorney Jack Strickland called her to the stand and began to question her about the case. After about 30 minutes of strained testimony admitting her guilt, Michele changed course.

“I’m not guilty, and I can’t sit here and answer the questions the way you want me to,” she said under oath.

Wow, this woman is something else!

In exchange for a 20-year sentence, she pleaded guilty to deadly conduct and tampering with evidence. At the time of the plea deal, 44-year-old Michele told the DA’s office that she was pregnant with twins.

The DA agreed to suspend her sentence until April 2014, after she would have allegedly given birth. However, at a January 30 status hearing, Michele admitted to Judge Scott Wisch that she was not pregnant.

Her attorney, Kenneth Wincorn, says Michele miscarried around Christmas, though there’s now doubt that she was ever pregnant at all.

"I have no knowledge as to whether Michele Williams' assertion of pregnancy was in fact true," Strickland said. "I don't know if the medical evidence presented to the state was accurate."

Prosecutors have filed more than 100 documents in recent weeks in preparation for one of the most anticipated murder trials in Tarrant County this year: the case of Michele Willliams, deemed as the "Keller black widow," is scheduled to begin Monday.

The documents and previous testimony have been filled with contradictions, twists and turns since the case began on Oct. 13, 2011, with the slaying of her husband, Gregory Williams, in an upscale Keller neighborhood.

Prosecutors plan to introduce material showing that Williams, now 45, asked her sons to help frame her husband's ex-wife for his murder, submitted a phony sonogram to try to prove she was pregnant and delay her sentencing, and rushed to complete Bible study assignments in order to look good at trial.

Wow this case is unbelievable. I hope her trial is live streamed as well, but I couldn't find any news sources saying it will be. If anyone else finds out anything about it please post here!

Testimony starts Tuesday.

At a March 6 hearing to establish bond for Keller black widow Michele Williams reached a new level of lunacy in a case already loaded with surprises.

Using Williams' own son as a witness, the prosecution revealed evidence that Williams tampered with her GPS device, worked at a strip club while allegedly pregnant with twins and never visited a doctor.
[....]
Hunt testified that Williams' GPS monitor showed her to be at PT's Mens Club in Dallas as well as several bars. When confronted, Williams said she was working at the strip club and at Big Shots Sports Cafe in Hurst.

When Hunt realized that Williams was not showing any signs of pregnancy, much less twins, Hunt began to dig deeper into Williams' GPS data. After reviewing all of the coordinates from August 2013 to January 2014, Hunt came to a startling revelation.

"There was not one visit to a doctor's office," Hunt said.

Testimony in the trial of a Keller woman accused of killing her husband in 2011 is expected to start today...

In this new phase of the case, prosecutors are expected to introduce evidence that shows Michele Williams asked her sons to help pin her husband’s murder on his ex-wife...

Lawyers on the prosecution and the defense teams are under gag order and declined to comment in the case.

I wish there were more media coverage and WS interest in this case. This woman is another Jodi Arias, so the trial should be interesting. I plan on going to court to watch one day this week.

The first witness to take the stand was Michele's son, Andrew O'Brien. He testified that he did not like his mother's husband Greg, and talked about how his mother gave several accounts about what had occurred the night of the murder -- including saying it had been an intruder.

Then O'Brien testified that his mother asked him to frame Greg's ex-wife for the crime. A lawyer asked him what he thought about his mother's request.

"I was in shock, but thought maybe it was just an emotional time for her and she was just trying to figure out a way to get out of all this," he testified. "And so I told her I would call someone and have it taken care of, but I just thought this was her having a mental breakdown."

There are reporters love tweeting if you search #MicheleWilliams. No live streaming though and not the kind of media coverage we like when we follow trials.
