just pointing something out:

4 months ago was around August... 4 months ago is when BF moved in, right?

BUT

She allegedly lived for a few weeks/changed schools at the end of last school year. BF was not living there at the time.

SO

What else is going on here?
It's JMO but.....I'm betting like someone said earlier that even though it's been said that SA didn't move in until 4 months or so ago, that he was there enough before that to be considered as living there. Again, JMO

I am back on the merry go round as well. All I'll say is this - changing schools is a big deal (I think) to a teen girl. I know some do it -- but that is a red flag to me. She wanted away from something...but what?

And my daughter refers to her "bags" as purses, the things she carried clothes and stuff in like an overnight bag so to speak.

Would be nice to have a day where we have more answers than questions.....

And LE is now only going to give updates on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays?? I didn't know they were really giving any at all so I'll take that as an improvement. A little organization never hurt anyone. But I'm afraid that in this case (and not just LE), things were/are being done way too late.

Thank you Walker007- that's a huge time saver, and a lot of effort on your part. Let's find this child.

Wow @ big post........lol.

BD first said SA didn't live with her...that changed to he moved in 4 1/2 months ago....I don't believe anything she says right now. Is that bashing?

thats not bashing IMO its called the truth. If it is bashing then pass me the mallet cause I'm thinking the same too. If I said how I really felt I would get about 4-6 TOS violations.:innocent::maddening:

dear locals,
do you know of a place that the water is still running??? not deep just running.
Where there would be a bank (ravene) at the edge of the woods?

I believe what you are speaking of.. there are two RSO right here. I am working on the next map. Outside of town limits in fact.

Also want to add - they are obviously still looking at RSO angle as one of them as been verified on the database as early as TODAY!

Big shopping days are the Friday after Thanksgiving, the day after Christmas, and New Years Day.

http://ezinearticles.com/?The-Best-Christmas-Shopping-Day&id=101859

People shop the day after xmas.

Which is why I wouldn't go if you paid me. I don't do returns until after New Year's either.

My teenage daughter did not want or recieve jewelry for Christmas.

We had kids in and out during the break for visits and sleepovers, and I couldn't tell you with certainty who was here on which day.

It seems to me that Hailey's family sometimes has a hard time paying the bills, which is not uncommon, especially in Colorado City. I am basing my opinion on what we know of their living situation. I see that LE has taken an X-Box as evidence...perhaps that was Hailey's Christmas gift.

I have been lurking on this case for the most part, but have been unable to keep up with each thread, so I have a question was the house of the boyfriends mother ever searched? That is where BD claims he went after quitting/losing his job that morning, I have wondered for a while and thought I would just ask some who have been following it more closely...Thanks in Advance.

RESPECTFULLY SNIPPED -- . I see that LE has taken an X-Box as evidence...perhaps that was Hailey's Christmas gift.

An aha moment for me....can't/don't they message people on these through xbox live? My 9yo is messaging his friends on it, I didn't realize that you could.

I believe, though I could be wrong, that they have had the X-Box for a while, as Hailey commented on FB on 11/28 about Call of Duty: Black Ops. Maybe it was an early gift, though I am wondering if maybe it actually belonged to SA and the kids played it sometimes.

yes but you have to have an account with XBox Live and an internet connection. We know there was no internet in the house.

There was a site posted upthread (something to do with masks and killers) that SA posted on. I glanced at it briefly. He made a request on January 6, 2011, for prayers for him, his fiancee and for Hailey. I noticed that he had posted about 680 times on that site.

We know that BD did not have internet access. I'm assuming he is using his grandmother's internet service?

Anyway, I tried to click on his profile to see if I could view his posts. Like here, you have to become a member to have the ability to view that.

I have to leave here shortly, but I wanted to get this thought down first. Either I (later on) or someone here can sign up on that website to view his posts. If he didn't have internet at BD's and supposedly had a full-time job, there shouldn't be any posts to that site during those dates/hours at work. I think it would be interesting to see if he was posting on the internet anywhere really - just to see what he was up to...

I understand what you are saying about comings and goings and not remembering who was where when. I am notorious for not remembering things.

But...if my daughter were missing, you can bet I would sit everyone down who I could remember had been in or out of the house and would say...

"Now, Jamie...you were here the afternoon that Ryan stopped over after basketball, right? Which day was that?" "Who else was here that day?" By the end, we would have it all figured out and would likely have a pretty accurate timeline based on responses like, "No, mom...he stopped by the next day. It was Paul and Scott who came by when I was here."

That sort of thing.

Even if I, personally, had not remembered all of the details, we would have been able to put the puzzle together...and in a whole lot less than two weeks.

is it common for this many RSO to be living in a town of 4,000??? Just semms like so many for such a small rural town......

Does anyone else think that quote sounds weird? I try not to pick apart quotes because (Lord knows) I've said some things in my life that didn't sound like what I meant them to say, but her saying "I lost my daughter" just seems weird. Probably nothing. I hope she isn't giving up hope. :(

:shakehead: BD's starting that sentence with the dependent clause: Although I lost my daughter, gives me a little chill.

It's a bit like: Although it sprinkled, we still had a fun time at the picnic.

I'm sure that BD did not intend for her statement to sound so cold. The poor lady needs someone to help her with her public statements. jmo

Class dismissed.

We can all try to figure out what went on in the house. I got it. However, can we please FOCUS a moment on the VOLUME of REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS surrounding this child's home.

I posted above about this - but they are verifying as early as TODAY! So, I don't think it is that OUT THERE that an RSO could still be responsible. Not far fetched.

I am literally SICK to my stomach after reading all the details on the data bases and there are MORE THAN not that could be solid POI potential in HD disappearance.

For all we know she could have been "friends" with any of the younger ones, they are practically neighbors, all the while not knowing at all their predatory status. It is always easy to point fingers at home. But COM' On here.. LOOK AT THIS VOLUME of offenders with serious crimes against young girls, Hailey's age range!! It is SICKENING!!!

I have a SERIOUS issue with the father's friend who is an RSO who literally might have access to a bird's eye view into the back yard, I need to study this harder, a person who might have been 100 percent exposed to HD at her father's residence who may have been able to learn routines. Not blaming dad, just saying, not everyone is checking these databases and might not have any clue these people are MONSTERS!! IT HAPPENS EVERYDAY!!!

I am going back and working on the remaining who are in the outter limits but still considered CO City, I only have once included at this time.
