woman driver...

Another resident of the apartment complex told investigators that she saw a woman driving a car with the same description as Fieramusca's vehicle.
That resident identified Fieramusca as the driver of the vehicle she saw speed away

They tracked her social media movements and internet searches on her phone which included "Amber alert issued Austin," and "bodies found in Austin." Some form of "Heidi Broussard" was searched at least 162 times from a device linked to Fieramusca's email account, according to the affidavit.

Heidi Broussard: Friend tried to pass off slain mother's baby as her own, prosecutors say - CNN

One good thing about having the affidavit so we can read it for ourselves is that we don't have to rely on reporters or any articles for the information. Saying that she was driving or she saw a woman driving is incorrect based on what is in the affidavit.

I am not @srg, but can help with abbreviations etc. I work in Psychiatry.

- Diagnosed in early 20s with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD.
- Endorses history of situational depression only (this does not really correlate with a Bipolar diagnosis as depression is biological in a true Bipolar Disorder)
- Endorses history of situational anxiety only.
- No history of or current self-harm.
- No history of psych hospitalizations.
- No history of psych meds (which is concerning if she truly struggles with a Bipolar Disorder. There is Bipolar 1 and Biolar 2 Disorder. Bipolar 1 is more severe and requires a mood stabilizer).
- "SA" in mental health lingo is "suicide attempts). She denies a history.
- "SI/HI/SIB/AVH" is "suicidal ideation/homicidal ideation/self-injurious behavior/auditory & visual hallucinations". She denies a history of and current symptoms.
- Trauma history of sexual assault. "Sexual Assault" is usually not abbreviated on the psych eval and "SA" stands for "suicide attempt".
- Sister is a so-called "protective factor" aka something that keeps MF from harming or killing herself/something that keeps her here.
- She did not require any psych meds while incarcerated.

Based in what I am seeing, i would thoroughly assess for history of depressive/hypomanic/manic episodes. Bipolar 1 is unlikely; she could have not managed w/o meds. Possibly Bipolar 2, but that'sa stretch based on eval... I would closely assess for Borderline Personality as the root cause is trauma; especially sexual trauma. Some red flags are:
- Fear of abandonment (need baby to hold on to ex)
- Unstable relationships (estranged from family)
- Problems with self-image
- Impulsive, risky behaviors (legal problems)
- Self-harm/suicide attempts (which she denies)
- Mood swings (mood described as labile in eval)
- Chronic feelings of emptiness
- etc.

But, yes, there is much more to her than this psych eval leads us to believe... much, much more... this is a very, very abbreviated eval.

Hope this helps... Let me know if you have any questions. :)

Thank you so much for this!

SA = suicide attempt @dixiegirl1035 duhhhh! we should have been able to figure that one out haha

Described in the docs as Honda fob. (My cars are older but most cars I've rented over the last few years start with fob and no key in the ignition required). MOO
What docs are you talking about...I need to go read them. tia. Those fobs are very expensive and not something you have in multiples. Maybe two come with the car. I can't imagine putting one on the same ring or whatever with an apt key. And certainly not giving one to someone. My battery is dead on mine and to get another one and have it programmed is very expensive. Not doubting your info, but I'd like to read about it. tia

Actually a woman from Cedar Park - near Austin - I believe they found her body around the time Heidi was found
Right. And I believe Heidi’s friend, Carissa mentioned in her YouTube interview (now sourced in MSM), that they were worried when this body was found because they thought it was Heidi at first. I assumed that prompted MF’s google search. Obviously, MF would know it wasn’t Heidi, but she may have been curious about it, or wanted to know the details so she could still play the role of “concerned friend.” I’m not sure of the exact timing of that news vs. MF’s google search to know if that truly is a viable explanation.

A thought about the witness that said she saw them that morning...

When shown photo's, she said she was 60-70% sure that it was MF in the front seat of the vehicle. I wonder if they showed her the 2018 mug shot? If they did, it would be understandable that she wasn't closer to 100% sure, and would be curious if her certainty was higher after seeing recent photo's of her.

ohhh that's right too, I think it was one of the news stations that messed up, they had a story about the other woman but had photo's of Heidi showing or something, it caused a lot of confusion. I remember comments on the news story on FB.

See the arrest warrant. MF was supposed to leave keys in the apartment but SC said they never found them. They obviously had at least 2 fobs as HB drove to school.

Speaking of keys -- MF may have enticed HB to come down to the car to get the keys she was returning.

That's a plausible idea. Did they live on 3rd floor or 2nd.? I've heard both.

A neighbor was interviewed who lived "two floors down," so third floor. MOO

Yes, yes -- this was crazy!

Both HB & other victim AG disappeared on same day -- AG body located two days later on 12/14/19.

Just thinking out loud here....and a confession is that my thoughts are really disjointed.

On multiple occasions when my children were babies and nursing, I would find myself having to pull over (yes...often in parking lots) and nurse the baby or else run the risk of listening to the heartbreaking wailing until I got to my destination. Many times, I opted to nurse in the passenger seat as it allowed me more room to get comfortable and nurse without the steering wheel in the way (as opposed to me sitting in the drivers seat with the seat pushed back.) My newborns were always on the rear passenger side of the car so it was easy for me to jump back in and sit on the front passenger seat.

Could MF have gotten out from the passenger side (and pretended that she had put her baby on the front passenger seat), greeted Heidi quickly and jumped back in to pretend she was 'nursing' her newborn under a cover so Heidi wouldn't see there was no baby? Maybe she had one of those realistic looking dolls that look eerily like a newborn baby?

If she put the child locks on and slid over to the drivers side, while Heidi was settling in the backseat with Margo....Heidi may not have realized what was happening until the car started to move. Even then, MF may have said she was just going to park.

I think that Heidi believed that MF's 'baby' was in the car and that the car wasn't going anywhere but maaaaybe to a parking space that was right there. No way do I buy that a mom like Heidi would go anywhere voluntarily in a moving car without her newborn baby safely buckled in a carseat. Even in the case of an emergency.

Which brings me to my next thought....maybe MF pretended that her 'baby' had stopped breathing and that she had to rush to the hospital?

That's all I've got....

JMO
