I'm just taking a flyer here. Could the 2nd arrest be a Humphrey family member? MF came from a very large family, maybe a mother or a sister came over to help take care of the "new" baby. The family member wouldn't have necessarily been in on it. Who knows what cockamamie story she was telling people.

There is no second arrest. MOO. Media outlets ran with this as a misunderstanding MOO and it has gotten legs. This article is more inline with facts.

Moo, still a continuation of the whack-a-mole re the 2nd arrest. My arm gave out 2 days ago trying to whack-a-mole.

Two media outlets (including CrimeOnline) were made aware that it was incorrect in their *verification* to state there was another "verified" arrest, and it was pulled back. Poor reporting MOO that has continued to lead folks to think a second arrest. MOO

Yes, she is still showing up in the records as to her arrest and charges. I think the "arrest" verbiage was discussed with the author and pulled back as the quote of ""CrimeOnline spoke with the Austin Police Department, who confirmed that a second person has been arrested in connection with the case." has gone *poof* within the article now.

At the bottom of the web page it now states "A previous version of this story included details of an arrest that authorities cannot confirm, citing a gag order."

We'll agree to disagree as to statement analysis. This article you state that there was a second arrest MOO does not say such.

"Police announced Thursday they had arrested and charged a woman with two counts of kidnapping and one count of tampering with a corpse – but did not confirm her identity. However, Harris County court records show that Fieramusca is a suspect in those crimes."

This is the issue... poor verbiage and language imho. There are charges of tampering and kidnapping which are seen. LE doesn't verify but it is publicly available at this moment. There has been one arrest, and it is MF MOO

I removed the video's but the link for the paper is still there. I saw that above my post was a video from the funeral from the same source (youtube) I didn't see in TOS where it said you can't use links from there. Usually as long as you give credit to the individual whom you are using the link from or stating as to what the use is for (fair use) it is not a problem, so I do apologize if I misunderstood as to what the TOS was stating especially when I was going by example of other individuals.

MOST is HEARSAY meaning: information received from other people which cannot be substantiated; rumor. Not all rumors have links. The youtube links I removed, even thought it's not against the law to use them. I did read TOS.

As much as we appreciate your contribution here simply put, rumors and hearsay are not allowed. The things people can spread on social media are just not allowed here. It’s that simple and please stop posting rumors and innuendo without any MSM links to back of your info before you earn yourself a timeout or a complete ban.
If you consider yourself an insider within this case we would all appreciate your input but you should contact a mod and get verified insider status so that you may truly contribute! Eek! No need to apologize, we all know it can be confusing (and a little frustrating!) at times knowing what's okay to post at times. Frustrating also because some things do turn out to be true. I think many of us (ME!) have gotten carried away and post things that we shouldn't have, but at the time we think it's legitimate or from a verifiable source. We hear/read some really interesting things that we want to share and research, investigate and dig into when we hear about them. :/

I started thinking, which as a Stroke Survivor can be a dangerous thing at times...LOL. When they came out saying they had a 2nd arrest. Megan goes by her Maiden name at times and then also by Fieramusca. When she went to traffic court she had a violation for NOT reporting a name change. So. Megan Humphrey and Megan Fieramusca could look like 2 separate women. Perhaps that's how the MSM got the idea that there were 2 arrests made when it was only 1. It was the SAME person. She did have failure to report address and name change.
