I’m planning to head there tomorrow and try to grab some photos! Like we’ve been saying, the fact that they aren’t guarding/hauling those dumpsters or looking in them, suggests LE has a reason to believe they don’t hold any evidence. I really hope they’re right...

Can I ask why you think so? IMO if a crime is committed (not that this case is one at this time), and the perp is actually remorseful, they confess and ask for forgiveness, no? (Rare but happens.)

Watts was a remorseless sociopath, incapable of feigning emotion, let alone genuinely expressing it.

If this is domestic foul play, then I’m convinced it was a spontaneous act of rage, one in which the perpetrator could very well feel genuine remorse.

So emotion doesn’t move me, one way or the other.

I don't get a good feeling about this and I personally find the boyfriend's interview odd. I can't put it into words, but the way he says "if you see an awesome mom...". It's like he is trying to convince himself that she is "awesome". It's just weird to me.

There’s always potential evidence though. It doesn’t have to be a body. It could be a receipt, anything...the investigation is still in it’s early stages.

A woman walking alone w/a baby but no diaper bag, etc. wouldn’t be that weird if they were just walking to a neighboring apt to borrow something or drop something off. I hope they are looking at neighbors just in case this is one of those outliers where the culprit isn’t even closer to home.

At first viewing of the interview, I thought he said "Austin mom." I was more troubled by the lack of eye contact and his saying he didn't care who was called -- call anybody if you see anything suspicious. I think the typical statement in his situation would be CALL 911! There's too much info in his statements and I feel he's definitely distancing himself. MOO

Honestly I don’t have any “opinion” at the moment as I’m TERRIBLE with detecting liars (I believed OJ and Scott Peterson :facepalm: , al though I think I’m getting better about reading people these days, I hope...(a look at the list of my exes will tell you how good I am in that department)

I will say honestly that with all due respect to everyone I’m not big on Statement Analysis since it can be so subjective BUT obviously there are some things here to, uh, look at, especially after and in recent light and comparison to Watts and PF, moo. I do know I trust many of your judgments when it comes to SA (Statement Analysis, not Sexual Assault) and I trust your hinky meter readings, sometimes better than my own. As far as a factual analysis of what we think we know so far, it’s obviously troubling and I would say it’s also especially hard to not be jaded by Watts and PF and FD and SP and DP and every other episode of Dateline and Forensic Files.

Yeah, I think it's either this or baby daddy, sadly . She didn't GO anywhere far without a car and baby things.

Watts seems to be on everyone’s mind, likely because of the recent and horrific nature of his crimes, but it’s an important distinction to make: both CW and Frazee are absolute sociopaths - zero remorse. Cold. Calculated.

To stay in-line with T&Cs, I don’t get the sense that this case will involve a sociopath, MOO.

IMO if there were even a hint that Heidi was out there with the baby on foot, experiencing PPD or whatever, there would be searches going on, media would be updated nonstop etc, etc. It sounds to me like everyone close to the case already knows what happened.
