Google is telling me that Betín can be a nickname for Herbierto. So maybe that's his real name. At least his real first name. Elvia isn't *that* common but not as unusual as Herbierto.

A Facebook search of Betin Cedillo yields a promising comparison. IMO his post-mortem doesn't look traumatic like others I've seen, I'm curious about his COD. His face and recognizable tattoos should hopefully lead to quick identification.

This appears to be in the middle of a pretty busy area and business park. There are several parking lots nearby. Someone had to have seen something.

A Facebook search of Betin Cedillo yields a promising comparison. IMO his post-mortem doesn't look traumatic like others I've seen, I'm curious about his COD. His face and recognizable tattoos should hopefully lead to quick identification.

Is there a source for his possible name "Heriberto Rosales Cedillo"? Was he known to someone in the area under that name? Was there a questionable ID card with that name or other document found with him? I agree, he looks like someone who could be ID'd fairly quickly.

Just wanted to give an update. The deceased person in the photo was my cousin and the information was correct. His name was Heriberto and Elvia is my aunt, his mother. He was fount thanks to your web sleuths and people sharing his information on Facebook, so I wanted to thank you guys on behalf of our family for helping us locate him, even if it was a sad ending. We still don’t know what happened to him because the cause of death is so unclear but we will keep looking for the truth. Thanks once again and may god bless you all.
