Before i saw the picture i held my breath for a while. The stats match with a distant acquaintance of mine who suffers from severe mental illness and is currently living homeless by choice in the States. Basically randomly traveling the States in his car. He wrote crude mails to all his email contacts almost every day until the mails stopped several weeks ago.
But i think his brother is in close contact with him so i dont think he is missing. And he is white, not biracial or Southwest Asian. The UID clearly has a dark skin.
