Stephanie Smith went missing from FL 4 months prior to this JD being found. She was reported to have Sandy colored hair on top and black on the bottom and very blue eyes. She does have dentures which is not mentioned for the UID but she does have permanent eyeliner as well.
Even the smile lines appear to be similar. Wonder if the permanent makeup is also on the lips.
If JD is Hispanic, this would certainly rule out Stephanie but JD is listed as “White or Hispanic” under her circumstances of recovery and one of the recons (shown below) has blue eyes.
