Authorities are hoping the public can help identify the body of a man who was found floating in an abandoned sewage treatment plant in Houston’s East End on Tuesday. Anyone with information about the man’s identity is urged to contact the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences at 832-927-5000 or 832-927-5001.

The man, who has not yet been identified, was located just after noon at 5400 Armour Drive after police were notified of a possible body there. Investigators say that the plant was a water treatment/sewage plant.
The cause of death for the victim has not yet been determined.

Possible gang involvement with tattoos on the top of the head. I've seen both white prison gangs and Hispanic gangs have tattoos to the head.

Almost looks like the nazi eagle, so I would agree with this...I could be wrong though, can't see the bottom half.

Good call on the eagle fred&edna. Gang affiliated with huelga bird is a Latino gang from northern California.
Can't figure the clock out...but here's a clearer pic of it.

To me it does not. My husband has that on his arm. (From the old days) the huelga has a blockier appearance. But you never know.

A (still unidentified) male was found approximately 3 months ago not far from the location of this UID. (About 10 miles - if my mapping skills are correct).


The current UID (in this thread) was found at 5500 block of Armour Drive near Lockwood Drive.

The Dec 2017 body was found at 9800 Lawndale in Sims Bayou. Here's a news report trying to identify him by tattoos as well (although quite different than current UID)

That Eagle looks like a Nazi symbol.

After searching images I see this as one of two symbols...either Native American or the Nazi Eagle...it's too bad the bottom of the tat is messed up, if it had the ss circle, it would definitely be the Nazi Eagle which is one of the symbols now used by the Arian Nation and Skin Heads. Add in the shaved, tattooed head and I'm inclined to assume he was affiliated with a "white power" org.
I also agree with the assessment of the clock tattoo...usually means a person has served time or is on "borrowed" time.
