That is a statue of Mr. Rogers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, while yarn-bombed with a cardigan sweater. Didn't make the sweater, either.

I just found the picture on the 'Net for my avatar. Reminds me to speak, act, and think like The Reverend Fred Rogers. Mister Rogers was a Presbyterian minister!

Gosh, my mom grew up in that neighborhood in the 50s. By the 1980s it was really rough around there. I can see from the house how her body could be obscured by the porch and have time to become mummified. Not much to go on here, and I guess there was no info on the pill bottle that would have helped.
