.Investigators said there are noticeable bruises on the child's body, but they don't see signs of a fall. There was no blood found on the cement either, according to Sgt. Joshua Horn with the Houston Police Departme

No blood indicates she was dead before she went out of the window. No signs of a fall indicates she didn't fall at all and was probably placed there. Very suspicious. Poor girl, RIP. Hoping for justice.

I hope LE is investigating, it sure doesn't sound like her injuries were a result of a fall.
