Is anywhere other than Toraradical saying authorities believe Haylie is in "extreme danger"?

I'm wondering if it is believed that she is in extreme danger for reasons other than the obvious that this man isn't stable. Was he on LE's radar before this for some reason? Just thinking out loud........

Also have we ever gotten this guy's middle initial or photo? I saw the FB page being discussed the other day but since I have no photo to compare or middle initial I thought it best not to link it. Didn't want to be ascribing some other dudes page to this messed up puppy.

Restricted status definition

NCMEC:

For our agency to create posters of missing children, certain criteria
must be met. The child must have an active case with law enforcement,
the child must be entered into the police computer database, and the
child's legal guardian or law enforcement must approve poster
distribution. When a case is "restricted" it means that some or all of
the criteria is no longer being met. Usually this is resolved quickly
and either the case is resolved or the posters are put back up.


Most usually there will be another notice issued by NCMEC if the child is indeed located.

The Alert has not been canceled. Or, if it was, they reactivated it. It's still showing on NCMEC.

The Amber Alert is still active, at this time.

Haylie's NCMEC poster is also still active, so perhaps the restricted notice has something to do with all the confusion and LE have updated the Amber Alert and Haylie's case.

Wait, I don't understand? Possibly restricting it because they're assuming she's now a victim of an SA? The alert on the seeking the lost fb' page says LE believe her in imminent and immediate danger of death or great bodily harm.
