Back in the U.S.: Man linked to New Hampshire couple buried on Texas beach extradited

Amanda Noverr, who was considered a person of interest in the case, was also found and is expected to be extradited to Mexico for a warrant on a suspicion of felony theft, Kleberg County Sheriff Richard Kirkpatrick said.

Noverr is expected to be taken to Houston some time Thursday. Her bond will be set at $1 million, Kirkpatrick said.

Authorities would not say if Williams and Noverr, who are in a relationship, are suspects in the Butlers murder. The cause of the Butler’s death also is not being released.

Noverr's child was also in Mexico and is expected to be brought back to Texas with Noverr, Kirkpatrick said.

Authorities haven't released details on how the pair may have known James and Michelle Butler.

Couple accused of stealing James & Michelle Butler's vehicle both charged with felony theft

“During Thursday's press conference. law enforcement officials announced that his passenger, Amanda Noverr, is now facing a charge of felony theft.

She was originally a person of interest in this case.

Officials say Noverr is in custody in Mexico and is awaiting deportation to Houston, She is expected to arrive in Kleberg County sometimes Thursday afternoon.

Action 10 News also confirmed that a child was with the couple. Officials say the child is Adam Williams and Amanda Noverr's child.

That child will also be deported back to the U.S.”

What is the "Theft of Service" change mean?

I'm guessing this is the truck and RV. The wording of the warrant was only "felony theft", not grand theft auto. The amount listed would cover a truck and an RV.

Ok, when i looked it up it mentioned like cable theft or something. Stealing a service as opposed to an item so I was confused.

In a series of Facebook posts following the press conference, one man has said that he believes he has seen the man in the photo and has reached out to Kleberg County. He said he’s almost certain that he saw the man on the beach on October 5 and spoke to him. He said the person was camped on North Beach and had a trailer in a bad state of disrepair. It’s not yet known if that is the same person in the photo.

If someone like Williams and Noverr showed up near my trailor at the end of a beach like that I would be picking up stakes and moving out of there to a safe place before the sun went down.

They both look like real trouble and I would not sleep knowing they were in the area

There was a sodomy charge listed as well...does make one think prison, if one has to think about it at all. Ugh!

He has provided Action 10 News video footage -- including drone shots -- where the Butler's truck and RV can be seen on the beach.
He said he spoke with Williams and Noverr before the Butlers were reported missing. He tells us the pair was in what he believes was a Toyota Tacoma with Utah plates pulling a trailer.
He said the pair also had a child with them around the age of two or three years old. He said he reached out to the Kleberg County Sheriff's Office a few times offering his information and video footage, but did not hear back from them. Officials have yet to confirm information about the child.
