Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Skelton's nicknames are Bird and Buzzard. He has multiple tattoos on his arms, including a tattoo on the inside of his left forearm.

Details of Disappearance: Skelton was last seen in the 5000 block of Halle Street in Houston, Texas on March 6, 1986. He was employed by the Canopy Erectors company at the time, and also worked as a mechanic. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

Looks like a good possibility! He’s not been ruled out on NamUs.

NamUs #UP5061 Another possibility. All the reconstructions of the Unidentified body have a white collared shirt which I assume they found on him. Every pic I've seen of James, he is wearing a white/white collared shirt. The body was also found in blue jeans/shorts which is what James is described as wearing. Also long hair and the faces seem similar. James also looks like he could have some Native American in him but there aren't many pictures. I think the reconstuctionist made this person look sophisticated because of the collared shirt, but the cut-off jean shorts is more indicative of a poorer, less educated subject. Someone you'd possibly find around the last known location of James. Any thoughts?
