Jesus Octavia Carrera-Traux, 59, was last seen on the morning of July 16.
Carrera-Traux was possibly driving a brown 2001 Ford Expedition.
He was last seen wearing a gray Odessa College T-shirt, blue jeans and Harley Davidson boots.
He wears eye-glasses and has scars on his stomach and the back of his head.
A bank statement indicated some money had been withdrawn and vehicle was fueled up at the Love’s Truck Stop in Midland on the 16.
