Precinct 8 is currently trying to locate 31 year old Joe Aubry Powell. Mr. Powell was last seen at his residence on West Lake Rd in Clear Lake around 5:00 AM on 11-25-2018. He was last seen wearing basketball shorts and a t-shirt (unknown color). His vehicle is a white 2014 Toyota Tacoma TXLP: DSZ-2794. It's been down in the mid-thirties in Clear Lake at night. I doubt he left the house wearing the shorts and T shirt he was last seen in - likely what he wore to bed that night. Hopefully, someone will spot the truck.
