The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Cassey. On April 28, 2023, at about 1:00 pm, Mr. Cassey was last seen walking in the 1400 block of N. Beckley Ave wearing a gray jacket, black pants, and black shoes. He may be in need of assistance.

Mr. Cassey is described as a 64-year-old Black male. He is 5’11”, weighs 197 pounds, and has gray hair, with brown eyes.
