GUILTY TX - Johnathan James, 10, dies of dehydration, Dallas, 25 July 2011

  • #21
Oh, it was much more than not allowing him to drink anything for 5 days.
It was forcing him to stand in a window, in direct sunlight, in a room with no air conditioning, for 5 days without any water.

Read up and cry: http://pysih.com/2012/02/14/michael-james-and-tina-alberson/

Why? What was so important monster-dad? What was so all fire important?

Injury to a child? Not first degree murder? The result of this treatment couldnt possibly have been a surprise to these adults. who killed him.

Just plead guilty. It should be a DP case. Some day systematic child abuse cases involving torture and death will be automatically DP cases. Especially in TX.

Oh my gosh did you see their picture??? They look evil.

And they obvs had plenty of food and water! I bet they homeschooled this child too (or not home-schooled...just kept him home), otherwise he could have rec'd water at school. I just don't understand monsters who hurt their children. They both deserve life in prison.

My prayers go out to Jonathan James.
