Just read the comments and supposedly the aunt replied that he was living with her for 4 years and just moved back to TX last November

I think watching the comments on this article is going to be worthwhile.

Also says that after leaving the Aunt in November of 2009 he lived with the grandmother before going to live with his Mom "recently". (Why didn't he live with Mom OR Dad the whole time? Where is Dad?)

She also says that the stepfather married the Mom less than a year ago. Aunt doesn't believe there WAS a babysitter and believes it was the stepfather. (I would think police would have talked to the babysitter by now...)

"Ethan Stacy Ethan Stacy Ethan Stacy..." is repeating in my head over and over again.

Lived with aunt til Nov. 09 and then lived with grandma.....mom gets a new squeeze and moves the boy in with them. This sound familiar? I swear that when I read the words, "last seen by stepfather", I knew what the outcome would be.

I also noticed in the comment section the Aunt says she does not think there was a babysitter, that would account for no name or anything out in MSM about the babysitter...So if you take that out of the picture then all you have is the Stepdad and Johnathan.

The police would know right away if there wasn't a babysitter tho. Zanny won't fly twice.

I want to see if we can get a rewind on the scanner for the call to dispatch. Has anyone said the time he was reported missing to LE?

Aunt says she lives 12 hours away in Missouri and the family can't search with TES... so she can't do anything except spread the word.

Well my line of thinking is that Mom may have a friend who lives in the area and when everything went south Mom did not want to get in trouble from LE by leaving Johnathan at home alone or with Stepdad so she asked her friend to say that she was the babysitter, but now the wheels are falling off the bus and LE is getting down to the brass tacts of the truth..Just a thought.

Now this woman is saying that she lives in Missouri, 12 hrs from Houston, she wouls drive down to help but grandma says there is no need, since LE won't let family help search! Sounds like this Aunt has not been contacted by LE...I think she needs to contact them herself!

Braittigirl, I see you have posted on the same comment thread. Do you mind posting again to encourage the Aunt to contact LE and Equisearch? I don't think she realizes how helpful she could be in ways other than the physical search, like helping fill in family dynamic type info!

I don't mind keeping in touch with her but I think what she was saying is that family can not help equisearch search.
