On NG they said it was only two doors down? :waitasec:

well I marked both locations on the map. The apartment and 43rd and shepard street. My thinking is two doors down the baby sitter lived from 43rd and shepard street. There are two houses on that corner and both are pretty nice houses too.

The childs mothers apartment is not 2 doors down

Local here as well and this is the most I've heard about it.

Ok well I guess he could have walked and it wouldn't be too far if he walked in between houses but still very confusing if you ask me.

Our scannettes doing the rewind are not hearing a call to dispatch around 2PM. We're really wondering about when he was reported missing. Something to think about.

Khou covered it briefly. Stepdad saw him Christmas eve. Treating as abduction. Mom got call at work saying there was an emergency but caller hung up before she got to phone. Searchers out on ground.

In my mind, I pictured "2 doors down" as a layout where the sitter could have watched Jonathan enter his apartment from her own doorway, like 50 feet away. Now it's confusing whether that meant 2 or more addresses down the street.

I am curious what time the mom was expected home from work & what the step-father's schedule was on Christmas Eve Day.

Do we know when police were called, or did I miss that?

I saw that but wondered about the odds. The timing would have had to of been right on.

Even if it's not related you would think it would have been even more of a reason for an amber alert. I pray this little boy is found soon.

I don't get the 43rd and shepard address unless the media has it all messed up and TES command post is at that location.

oh boy there is a B&W meat company very close to their apartment complex with two very large dumpsters different then most. One is orange and heavy duty with lid

The comment section in the abcglobal.com link is really, really heartbreaking. I pray that something is accomplished for those that are grieving for this child - and best case scenario that he returns home, with his loving family.

OMGoodness the "Aunt" just said the reason it took so long to get the story out was that it was thought to be a runaway. argh

Ask her who called the police that he was missing and ask her what time did they call.

Sorry...I thought I posted this after watching the news...but forgot to click "post"...

The only thing I learned from the local news reports, that I hadn't seen in articles earlier was that...

1. his shoes are missing
2. the video game is missing

Here's a link to the local news that ran that interview w/ the information on the missing shoes and video game.
