been lurking all day and getting more confused by the minute. Can someone tell me if I have this right in my mind, if not what do I have confused?

Only lived with mom for approx. a month
SD and Mom seperated but live in same apt. complex
lived with maternal GM before that
lived with maternal uncle before gm
Bio dad not in picture
Babysitter really does exist
1st SF has custody of sister and came to help search

thing im most confused about did he go from home to babysitters to get video or vise versa? TIA

they fully (LE) stated they put it out to garner more information.... OMG... this is just not right and a horrible abuse of the amber alert system. there is no known car (that we are made known of at this time), no perp description except for a voice description... and oh yeah!!!! don't let me forget... it was at least a day after he went missing... at least a day!

Sorry... glad they are using it (AA system) but I can see now why it has limits before issuance.

what happened here?

what is going on that we don't know about?

and if someone has him that they could release more details on ((pertaining to proper issuance of this alert)) why hasn't it been done.

Again, AA goes on the hiways/byways across this country with a CAR description and/or a license plate #, etc. It does no good to put up, on the hiway signs, JF missing, 12 years old, 5'tall, etc. This is not a difficult thing to understand. NO AA because there was no car, no license plate #, NO perp, etc. JMO. AA is not in HOT WATER. IMHO

How could the SD or Mom, or babysitter get away to move that body? Look at the video of where the body was found, a car driving by probably could see some of it. I mean really, I cannot see that body being there for more than a few hours!

They said they got a tip? Could this tipster be the one who placed the body there or saw it being put there? More questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glenn is not going to be on because there is a reporter in housing using the line Glenn would call in on. I am the aunt that Jonathan lived with for 4 years and Glenn is my husband. Hears some clarification, the only relatives Jonathan has are his other aunt that lives 5 hours away, my self and my husband which live in mo and his grandmother, none of which live close by

I understand totally what you are saying, but they issued one anyways 3 days later after the fact - with none of the qualifying AA information.

my point exactly... and there IS AN AMBER ALERT OUT... right my fellow peeps? or there was... and if I read wrong I am duly chastised for saying it was so.

No... the Amber Alert is not a difficult thing to understand. However the deployment of it seems to be?

Per the comment section of an article that was online last night, the aunt says that they called the PD to report him missing, but because he was 12 years old he wasn't considered for the Amber Alert, but rather a run away. The aunt explains that she called them on Saturday to tell them he was missing, but HPD did nothing until Monday.

Comment #33, per the "Aunt" of JF. *Seems she now has clearance to post and I am super happy she does - finally! I swear myself I read reports that there was no Amber Alert issued on Friday because he was 12 (that could be in thread 1 somewhere.)
