IIRC, the rain did not start until late afternoon in our area.

There are some parks around with family size BBQ grills but no large scale grills that I am aware of.

Some houses have fireplaces, but not all. Most average apartment complexes do not.

I think JF walked into the apartment and found SD there and he probably wasn't supposed to be there, so JF called his mom at work.

If the burned body turns out to not be Jonathan, then there is a possibility that he could have run away. That is if he did see something at SD's that he was not supposed to see. Maybe took the phone and ran out of the house and called his mom. Lost signal. Then found some woman and had her call his mom. Then the call dropped again. God knows what happened next...

Police didnt even put out the amber alert until after Texas EquuSearch had been notified and collected information. I was on the phone with my MIL when EquuSearch was at the house

I am sry if this has been asked but was it your MIL that called Equisearch?

Regarding this Amber Alert....imo, it was issued because they listed a suspect on the alert. Thats all they needed at the time.

But regardless...Ive seen many different AAs done in a wide variety of ways.

"Criteria" means different things to different LE agencies. Its their call.

My daughter is fair complected and used to get some pretty nasty looking allergic shiners. They did resemble black eyes or at least made her look unhealthy.

To my knowledge Jonathan has not had contact with his bio father since before he came to live with us in 05 andnin 4 years never had contact with him and didn't ever mention him. His mother rarely called in 4 years, he had emergency surgery after an accident and she didn't bother to call to see if he was ok.

my grandson has those circles inder eyes when ever his asthma is bad or he has been sick......blonde/blue eyes.........

Hi- I'm new, so if I do anything wrong, I'd like to apologize in advance! I'm a huge fan of this site, and have been forever.

I registered today, because something struck me as I was reading through this forum. Jonathan's bio-mom says she got a phone call at work- caller described as a woman with a raspy voice... could this caller have been Jonathan? At 12 years old, his voice may be starting to mature, and if the person on the other end of the line wasn't familiar with the way he sounds, could it have possibly been him? If so, maybe he was interrupted before his mom could be summoned to the phone?

I am pretty sure it was around 5 when I first heard rain, and I'm on the far north side. It rained like crazy that night, too! Thunder and lightening...the works.

It was from someone on Nancy Grace's show tonight just making an educated guess. Sorry didn't catch his name or credentials. I think Patty G will post a link to her recording when she can. It was a pretty good show for NG.

I can't imagine how someone could burn a body inside, unless it was in some sort of industrial building. I'll have to watch the show again.

I'm pretty dark complected and am just getting over a double case of pink eye (thanks kids LOL) and i have eyes that look like that right now. Once the redness and swelling went down i look like I got hit in both eyes.
