You know the sad thing is, if this really is a case where the neighbors did it, without the mom and sd being involved at all, the Amber Alert being delayed is a royal screw up. But I can't really blame LE, they were dealing with changing stories, etc. How terribly sad.

I'm speculating something was going on between these people and the SD. Soon after the call, someone hit precious Jonathan with that phone. They didn't want to get arrested and so they tried to hide the evidence of the abuse.

That's my theory at this time. raying: My prayers go out to his loved ones and friends.

To get even with Jonathan's mother for throwing the step-father out! Or because the step-father wasn't happy that Jonathan moved in with them.

OR: I pondered on this yesterday: To get her back by saying someone took him (abduction) and he stands by mom to help her out and be her "rock."

our concerta is all day time release....he takes it in the morning. then a smaller dose of ritilyn in the evening if he needs it to focus for something like homework or sports

Ritalyn is normally not taken after lunch or you are up all night. Concerta is time released capsules... once a day. I have never been prescribed 2 different medications at the same time. I still function with or without my medicine.

Most of us that are clinically diagnosed with ADHD are extremelly bright.

Not anything new from HLN - the reporter they were talking to was out of San Antonio...he talked about charges pending against the SF's acquaintance, body has not been confirmed to be Jonathan, that the gold Mercedes belongs to the SF & LE is looking for another male.

I don't get the 30 minutes. The time between the phone calls and when mom got home?


That is plenty of time to remove him from the home. They take him wherever and do whatever they did to him.

He was reported missing in the afternoon but wasn't entered into the crime database till 9:30 pm.

That is plenty of time to do whatever they did to him. God rest his soul.

It will be interesting on when they show up on the video tape surveillance. (what time) across from where he was found.

Really? Because several years ago, my neighbors 3 houses down were arrested for cooking meth in their house (and I live in a NICE neighborhood -- trust me, meth is everywhere...) No white-suited hazmat men ever seen... just a bunch of sheriff deputies carrying things out in paper bags....

Odd because they condem some houses because of the chemicals. I want to say they might not have been making it correctly or they just were using it there and the charges were beefed up because chemicals were found that could be used in producing meth.

I dont know for sure what your neighbors house had going on there is a protocol for such busts.

I think HPD is doing an amazing job - they see homicides day in and day out but have really been on top of this since day one - so evil and horrific...you know they are all feeling this one.

I am being too vague, my comments totally have to do with the AA that wasn't issued on Friday after mom contacted HPD.
Had they of just put one out, maybe it would of helped scare the chit out of the perp and release him. Maybe.

This person obviously wasn't threatened enough until the body was moved - after the AA was put out.

I will sit on my hands after this, but it's really hard for me. I am only putting myself in the place of "what if this was MY child?", but from now on.. I'll bite my tongue, er... hands.

After seeing that woman walk out of the house my first thought is some sort of gang activity. Just my own personal reaction with nothing to back it up.

The phone calls: what if Jonathan ran into trouble with some of these people (this woman and maybe SD, or others). Grabbed phone to call mom. When coworker said a woman came on and said it was an emergency, that may have been Jonathan himself - going into panic mode and his voice rising...

I also wonder if when the mom called back, maybe Jonathan did grab at the phone first - forcing the raspy-voiced woman to take it away and see who it was.

Just some thoughts I've had about the phone calls.

The babysitter. LE statements are based on what mom told them I'm sure. And there would be no reason to run home to get a video game if Jonathan was already home since there was no babysitting that day. I haven't heard about the shoes since first reported. I'm sure they are still missing if Jonathan was wearing them when he was kidnapped.

I just found it odd... the only things missing are his shoes and the video game. What about his pants, shirt, hoodie? Are those not missing?
