The pics of the car that are blowing the margins to hell and back :great: , are of the car the LE drove off in, not the suspects car.

Ha..that would be me .. I will go fix it now.

Only reasons I can come up with for taking the phone are:
1. fingerprints
2. DNA
3. used in commission of crime as weapon.

Yes, which means whoever took him accessed that apt. It wasn't a stranger while he was walking between apts.

ARRGGHHH.....

Maybe something happened and Jonathan got scared, grabbed the cordless phone and ran to another neighbor's apartment? Then, because he had been running, he was out of breath. He called Mom, but because he was running, he was out of breath and the neighbor said - Jonathan, give me the phone. So Angela answers, neighbor asks JP if his mom's name is Angela because she's not familiar with her, he says yes, and whomever he was running from breaks into the house and grabs the phone and turns it off?

Just pure speculation. I read too much Nora Roberts ...... :innocent:

If that were the case, I would hope the neighbor would have told the police who that was.

Does anyone have a map showing the relation to where Jonathan lives vs. where the body was found? It would really help put things in perspective....

I did a map yesterday which includes PERHAPS where the step-father worked SOLELY based on an emblem on his shirt with "Ariens" on it. I only googled Ariens and came up with a company, of which, is NOT CONCRETE as fact. However the balance of the map is where the body was found in relation to where they live.

Ok here's my take on the phone call to mom at work. The woman for whatever reason tells JF there is an emergancy you have to come with me. JF say's wait I have to tell my mom first. JF has phone and call's mom's work. Woman takes phone from JF and hang's up. Mom call's home strange woman answers phone mom here's JF in back ground when woman ask's him if thats his mom's name JF say's yes. Woman hit's the hang up button on phone and pretends to talk to mom. JF thinks woman has spoken to mom and has her consent for him to leave with her. So JF leaves with the woman without putting up a fuss are fight. Thats just my take on how the call could have went.

I think something similar may have happened. But I do believe if someone else had been involved in honestly trying to help - another neighbor - then they would have come forward by now and told their story. Maybe they have and we just don't know. I just think that if he went running through the complex or to several apartments, someone else also would have seen him and reported it. It was Christmas Eve and folks were off of work, kids home from school, etc.

I'm 50/50 on Jonathan taking the phone and running, and the phone somehow being involved in the crime. Fingerprints, something.

ICA was charged w/ murder before Caylee was even found, much less identified....IF I remember correctly. OK, so I'm two pages behind (danged housework), I need to catch back up here.

But if the woman was in the act of committing a crime, why even ANSWER the phone? Which by the way is one of the reasons I don't believe the phone stuff. If you are in the middle of kidnapping a child you are not going to answer a phone.

Maybe "officially" but come on, if this woman's vehicle was spotted on that video, and she has ties to Jonathan's family, that pretty much comfirms it is him.

You would think so, however, we are stuck with these reporters.

when the people next door to me were "taken into custody" by harris county sheriff's office for indecency with a minor, they were not handcuffed. they weren't even put in the back of a squad car, it was a regular undercover vehicle. this was neighbors at work, btw, not at home. they were arrested later at the station.

Maybe the raspy voice was the woman's attempt to disguise herself? Or else she is a "close friend" with the SD and not the mom. IMO

As for the phone... if he left to go retrieve a video game nearby... he would have taken the phone with him. Me and my kids did that all the time before we all got cell phones. The only work within so many feet but him being 12 he would have probably taken it.

Also, if he was at home while mom at work he was probably not allowed outside or to answer the door to strangers.

Maybe, she was either driving her car or someone she knew had borrowed the car. Or she had ridden with the actual perp and helped dispose.

I would like to know where the clothing evidence was siezed from? Then who is on that video getting out of who's car to put the body in the ditch? And where was said body burned? Did she sale combustible material to the perp? Do they use combustible material to manu drugs?

True, but if it were SF and Neighbor asks JP is that your SF? and JP says yes. Maybe SF and unnamed woman were tight, unnamed woman says "go get him". JP didn't know that SF knew what JP was running from and thought he was safe.

GRRR just too many questions!!!

What I am wondering is where on earth this fire was. I live more toward the country, so burning out here is not strange, but in the city? And the odor? Any locals want to chime in and suggest some potential places?

there was a 25 minute window of time from when mom got or made the 2nd call to when she got home and J. was gone, why not call step dad and say GO TO OUR/MY HOUSE NOW! Something is wrong??? Maybe she did try to call him and couldn't get him on the phone.. why not clal 911 on the way... soo many unanswered questions..

The raspy voice could be the step-father too!
