If the courts during todays hearing agreed to give her a court appointed attoney, I don't think we would know the name yet, The name we have been given is an attorney in private practice, so once again we have no idea what is going on with this case.

I am just very pleased he is DP qualified.
It gets murky when they have to appoint another attorney who is DP qualified. I hope to see her name listed with the same decision in the future.

Sure will.
If the State does seek the DP he no doubt will try to reason with his client and obtain LWOP. Personally I believe Texas will take this all the way if they seek the DP.

There is a comment that was posted there. Unfortunately, they have not linked the original source, so who knows where it came from. Anyway, it lays out a scenario that actually makes some sense, especially when paired with the last two comments on MN's myspace.

Also, there are some really sweet pics of JF there, that I haven't seen elsewhere. What a brilliant light of a boy.

If MN was released from her maintenance job and "laid off' without a recall date, she would qualify for employment insurance wouldn't she? Not sure how the social assistance programs work in the USA, but in Canada, under these conditions, MN would qualify for employment insurance if she applied immediately after she was laid off.

I agree. I got that same vibe from her history and after reading the MySpace and FB posts. It seems when she gets stilted by someone, she acts out with violence.
