I've been following this case as a lurker, woke up this morning and realized I had something to say, so here I am....

Many years ago, when my sister was killed in an accident, I read a book about grieving that stayed with me for one particular passage, and it's something I want to share with Jonathan's family and all of you who may be haunted by the thought of what Jonathan and others may have endured.
The author (who I'm sorry I can't recall) was counseling a family whose daughter had been tortured and killed by a serial murderer, and the one thing he really wanted them to take to heart was to realize that whatever it was she endured, for her it was over-- it's the family and other survivors that re-live it over and over, whereas she only had to live it once, and afterwards was at peace. As survivors when we re-live these events on behalf of our loved ones we can imagine that it is as never-ending for them as it is for us, but that is not the case.

I had another thought today, so thought I would pop in, I bet being as that from IMN criminal record she apparently likes to rob, can you imagine a better job for her to have than doing maintenance for an apt complex, all she has to do is walk in even if the people are home you can case the joint or take jewelry and small items while you are in there, and then after you get to know the people and there behaviours you would be able to just go back and use your key and have full access to anything and everything you would like....I really hope LE gets with people who may have had this kind of contact with IMN because I bet you would see a heck of allot more robbery charges against her..

I wanna know where has Mona lived. i looked at her various pictures and I swear I know her from somewhere. I wonder has she ever lived in Dallas or collin county??I live in far north dallas now, but in my youth I ran with some gang bangers and drug dealers. I wanna know where she worked too. I swear I know her. I even had another buddy look at her pics and she looks familiar to him too. anyone know?

I have not come across how long Mom had known SE prior to Mom's and J's move-in.

I believe Mom and J had lived with SE for about 2 weeks prior to J's disappearance.J moved in with Mom and SDad in November.

Since SE has been described in MSM as a frequent babysitter>Mom and SDad may have known her sometime, and if J had been visiting Mom and SDad while living with GMa>J would have also known SE.

Since SE has known MN for about a year, and has been described by MSM as her friend>J may have been exposed to MN ("familiar with") while both Mom and SDad were not.

Was J attending school and home alone on the 24th because the school was closed for the Holidays? TIA

Read your post just as I was sitting here arguing with myself that this MN looks so much like a woman my condo association hired to fix my plumbing damage about 7 yrs. ago. She turned out to have to keep coming back and never finished the job properly saying her daughter was ready to have a baby. I'm serious, it is bothering me somewhat because they look so much alike, but I doubt she ever lived in my area. Still, we don't know much about the service people coming into our homes.

I recall something about her having lived in Collin County... this stood out to me b/c I asked my husband which "one" is Collin Co.-- he is from Dallas and we visit family there...

Slain Boy's Stepdad Responds To Suspect's Claim
Jonathan's stepfather, David Davis, said he had to leave Houston because he could not handle seeing a memorial to Jonathan outside the apartment complex near where Jonathan was taken.

Here is what the lead detective reported at the press conference:

On Tuesday morning, Dec 28 at about 10 am, a passing motorist spotted what looked like a body in the ditch at about 1500 ____ at _____. Patrol unit responded and found that it was in fact a body in the ditch. We assigned detectives to go out to the scene.

When they got there they noticed that the body was completely burned but it appeared to be a child. The detectives that responded to the scene determined that it may be related to the missing boy obviously just from the size of the body.

I had a question about this statement...the report above says the body was completely burned. I do not see how that is possible, since it has been reported that the secuirty camera showed her putting a 'body' in the ditch. If this child had been completely burned would the remains not have to be in some sort of container? I have not read every report so perhaps I missed something? I TIA

I think it's burned beyond recognition vs completely burned, which IMO, impossible to do with no accelerant and only a few hours to accomplish.

Tornadoes hit in AR (south of Springfield) and Ft. Leonard Wood, MO (east of Springfield). Did not see any reported near Springfield. Seems the storms have passed and are into Illinois and way south eastern MO now.

Tornados hit in South St. Louis and Fenton and some damage in Ballwin....no deaths reported but considerable damage is being reported. We live out of St. Louis about 30 miles south and had high winds and hail. It came through very quickly with lots of rain. Hope this helps if you are wondering about family or friends and sorry for the OT

I took it to mean burns on majority of body. JMO

Horrendous no matter how I interpret it.

this reporter is claiming on his twitter that HPD is following new leads on Jonathan Foster's murder and that no new arrests have been made yet.
also claiming police now suspect sexual abuse (details at 6)
