De La Garza has been diagnosed with mental health concerns.

I wish LE would institute a blitz of delivering "missing" flyers to be posted at soup kitchens and community Thanksgiving events, because that would be a good way to reach a population that may well come into contact with the mentally ill or confused. I know LE has much to do, but that would be something worthwhile for sure. Prayers for Jose.
