Those value cartridges have varying amounts of thc. None pure that I've heard of. Last one I saw was looked at was like 32 percent... And that was strong..... That was sold legally in a dispensary in Oregon

Well it depends. I've taken shatter and melted it down into liquid form and then put it into my own empty cartridges I've bought. Pretty good THC percentage in there. I believe I've gotten 34% percent from the dispensary here in Delaware.

Did you find it helpful?
i actually prefer the cbd without thc for my issues, which is chronic pain, inflamation and nerve pain. THC and i do not get along well. It gives me headaches.

What a shame..
Nothing worse than nerve pain..
I do hope you find a good solution very soon..
If I come across anything I'll pass it on to you.

WOW! That IS very strong indeed.
Was it in a carrier oil or straight did you notice Kakidoll?
Asking because of the recent spate of deaths associated with vaping, not fully up to speed but think read was due to carrier oil burning lung tissue?
It's completely off topic, I know and sorry for that, everyone but interesting nontheless
It's Vitamin E oil that's used in black market THC cartridges.

I just checked dPD twitter for updates. (I need to stay away from the JB # cos losing the rag too much)
I found this, cannot do the math, It's in grammes... but it's like a small amount, isn't it?
Small amount marijuana and serious firepower..
Guns are antithetical to weed, theoretically...
Narcos Make Drug Bust on Lea Crest Drive
No new updates on JB case.

The 4689.8 grams is just over 10 lbs of MJ

(for an approximate result, divide the mass value by 453.592)

Arrests and Seizures

  • 2 Arrests
  • 4689.8 Grams of Marijuana
  • 50 THC Cartridges
  • 1- Palmetto rifle with scope
  • 1- Glock 9mm (recovered stolen)
  • 1- Smith and Wesson 9mm
ETA: Elements of Texas MJ laws

Possession:
5 - 50 lbs is 3rd degree felony.

Sale:
5 - 50 lbs - -2nd degree felony.

I hate nitpicking but that's not accurate. Here is a link to Vera Twomey's facebook page, it's open. Vera is an Irish activist who has recently written a book. Her child was born with Dravet's syndrome, that's multiple fitting..THC is the drug of choice and CBD is also used.
Eva is now attending school, she has improved tremendously. It's a heartening story.
Here's the link to her public page Vera Twomey

Dravet syndrome, yes. They mostly recommend CBD for it. As well as for Lennox- Gastaut Syndrome. With THC, there might be a very complicated response (they usually pretreat with some other meds to avoid possible negative response, such as brain stimulation).

What is important, however, is to know that potency of THC plays a role. High-potency THC is a stimulant. I can not find the article I wanted to cite initially (somewhere on my MSM) but this is one of the studies. On THC and spice.

I asked Vera and she told me consultant prescribes by weight of patient and very close follow ups...
She travels to The Hague every 3 months because the Irish government will allow her to import it.. will pay for a consultant to prescribe and monitor Aoife.. but will not ship it in for her.
Aoife went through a whole gamut of allopathic medications first, she was expected to die when she tried this...
But Vera actually walked all the way from Cork in the south to Dublin because she so desperately wanted this for her child.
It's working, so far and I sincerely hope it continues to work...
You think your laws are crazy- ours are off the Richter scale insane.
Spice is known to be an extremely dangerous drug

I'm entering way late, my bad. Can someone give a brief summary on where we are with this case?

Is this related at all to AG case, or did this soul lose his life in an unfortunate set of events completely unrelated?

JB allegedly got killed in a drug deal gone but that had nothing to do AG case.

Totally unrelated to AG. Totally self- inflicted. IMO.

I know nothing about this except what I read since I've never used pot in any form during my lifetime even though I have a debilitating spinal condition including several impacted nerve roots, among several other painful thoracic spine conditions.

I even had the implant put in from T3 thru T12. It was removed because of too many nerves to block the pain signals constantly being emitted.

Recently when vaping deaths were first being reported, a mother reported her young adult two sons to the police for being black market THC vaping sellers.

I can't recall if it was in Minnesota or Michigan. Maybe someone else can remember since it was a big story when it happened.

Anyway they were running a big operation in the basement of their parents home.

The experts determined instead of loading the cartridge with 15% THC oil it was actually 150% per cartridge.

That is why the doctors feel it's the black market selling which are causing most of the deaths, and serious lung diseases.

I read this and I got a fit of coughing that almost left me dead because I started laughing so hard while inhaling tobacco smoke...
Thanks, again!!

I'm still kind of curious about that November murder.. just because Second person (S2) is maintaining invisibility and I wonder why..
apart from that it's pretty much dead in the water, isn't it?
An anti climax for sure..
I'm disappointed .
A murder. A drug deal.. a gigantic propaganda machine calling for death to the DPD..
had all the ingredients of a long and interesting case and a big trial.
And now it's just like- all so predictable...
a stasis..
he's still dead, 2/3 in custody...
It's over and I'm sorry, it was such a lively discussion and top class work from everybody..
I'm gonna miss it so much..

UNLESS- it all changes again.... and anything is possible!

Is the stink off this case then?

As best it can and should be!

Based on witness tips to LE, a Louisiana trio traveled to Dallas with a plan to rob JB. Two arrested were made on Monday and Tuesday, and third suspect remains a fugitive.

Rather than credit the police for the quick arrests, there's still one, and his followers, that insist on discounting DPD's work --citing that although there seems enough evidence supporting JB wasn't killed by DPD, people won't believe it because the DPD lacks credibility, and the evidence undermined!

Glad to hear. Moving on. Peace to all.

Unrelated and unfortunate because of his choice of lifestyle.

@kittythehare,

I am glad that Vera's child is doing better. Dravet syndrome is not fun...

What is good - at least researchers are working with marijuana now. Good and bad, all of it. When it was legalized in our state, I voted for it just because I believed that the black market was the biggest problem, not the drug. But then I found out the glaring absence of information about its effects. There was extremely scant literature. Now it is emerging, and while very controversial, and sometimes impossible to interpret, at least it is being studied. It was never possible in the time of illegality.
