It appears Police are still searching for Thaddeous Charles Green, 22.

No reports he's been captured, and he's not currently housed in Dallas County Jail with M. Mitchell and nephew J. Mitchell.

I believe you're referring to the murder of Nicholas Shaq’uan Diggs, 26, -- last Thanksgiving when JB also shot in the foot? I doubt there will be any coverage of that trial because a fatal shooting at Dallas Club is a weekly event.

Also, now that there are no key living witnesses, I sense a pleas deal in the works.

ETA: I think Kendall Morris charged in ND's death has hearing Monday 10/28.

DALLAS — Three men have been indicted on capital murder charges in the shooting death of Joshua Brown.

Brown, 28, was killed in October during a drug deal at his apartment complex on Cedar Springs Road, police said.

DALLAS — Three men have been indicted on capital murder charges in the shooting death of Joshua Brown.

A Dallas County grand jury handed down the indictments Thursday for 22-year-old Thaddeous Charles Green, 20-year-old Jacquerious Mitchell and 32-year-old Michael Diaz Mitchell.

The Mitchells — who are uncle and nephew — are being held in the Dallas County jail. Green remains at large more than two months after the fatal shooting.

Jacquerious Mitchell was taken into custody at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He has since been transferred to the Dallas County jail, where his bail is set at $500,000.

Michael Mitchell was arrested by U.S. marshals in Louisiana on Oct. 8. He is being held at the Dallas County jail, with bail set at $500,000.

Green remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.
