Am I the only one that feels like they are trying to find the corner of a round room?
LE says no abduction, so that rules out a whole range of possibilities. Means that no one took him from the house, he didn't wander out and get nabbed from the front yard, there wasn't a mystery person that stayed under the radar and grabbed him when no one was looking, it would also likely rule out the possibility that he was run over and killed in the driveway, since without a body, it's still an abduction untilthey know that the car killed him.
LE says he didn't wander off, which means that he wasn't nabbed out of the yard by an animal, taken by a random stranger, or made it to the SO's house.
The dogs found scent in the yard, but no trail to follow. So that means it was an old scent (which would make sense) or that he was put into a vehicle from the yard...
but if there was no abduction, then it would have been one of his parents that put him in the car.
I don't believe that there was any violent scene in the home. I believe LE when they say that picture was taken the fourth. If there had been a large incredibly bloody scene at the house, that would have been caught, they would have left traces. So, unless he was injured in such a way as to cause death from internal injuries, I don't believe he was killed in the house.
If we go with what the police are saying, there are very few scenarios that actually work.
The parents of a missing toddler are welcoming a new baby to their family. Sabrina Benitez of New Braunfels gave birth to a second son on Friday.
Her older son, 18-month-old Joshua Davis, is still missing.
No, you're not the only one who feel like this, nmk. Actually, if we go by what the police are saying, I don't think there are any probable scenarios left that work.
Joshua slipping into an alternate universe that night is not really a probable scenario, but what is there left? He was there and now he is gone without a trace? Not even a scent trail?
We are missing out on some things that the police are not saying publicly. IMO
bbm...I agree. I don't think I've ever seen a case anything like this. LE has only given statements as to what the feel DIDN'T happen, and yet if these statements were true...is he even still considered missing?
That tells me they do not need the public's help. If they did, we would see relevant information would be communicated to the public. There hasn't been any press conferences held recently, or any type of public appeal for cooperation or assistance in the case.
Do you think they already have an idea what happened and know where Joshua is? I hope so...I just cant stand all these cases where children are gone without a trace!!!!! >:-(

Here'swhat I don't get about the "friend". If I believed that someone might have taken my child, and if I believed that LE was wrong in their assertion that he had not, even if LE asked me to be quiet and not give their name...I would.
They would have to arrest me to shut me up. But both JD and SB are stone silent on this person, lately the only thing that they have said about him is that LE asked them not to talk about him.
I really am starting to think this person is a minor or an undercover officer that was checking out someone else, or something like that. Otherwise, why the silence?
The picture was originally posted on the Find Joshua Davis Facebook on February 6th.
2 days after Joshua went missing.
It was not anywhere else before that, as far as I know. I have looked through numerous families facebooks as well as other places. I never saw this picture posted anywhere before February 6th.
