On July 4, 2005, the body of Judy Boudler was discovered inside a convenience store where she worked located at 300 La Salle in Waco. Ms. Boudler was shot multiple times during an Aggravated Robbery. Thats all I have found so far , I went looking for the police brief that would have listed the fatal death at a gas station . Came up empty ,I think this crime was a crime that might of been kick off to an offence that lead to a record. Meaning some unrelated charge was likely to have been laid do to his menacing behavior but no one thought it was related at all to this, after this crime was public. Or maybe mental health issues led to his check in at the insano inn..IMO.

I mean he may have been arested shorty after or went to a mental health program .
