According to this 1984 article, Judy Herron was a stay-at-home mom found strangled in her home less than one month after the murder of Marilyn Hartman (Oct. 19th) and less than two weeks before the murder of Kathryn Jackson (Nov. 26th). All three women lived in Tarrant County and were strangled to death.

According to this podcast, Herron's murder was thought to be connected to two similar murders committed a few months after by the same man, but they couldn't find the evidence to prove it.
