People were coming all day, so no one would have had any reason to notice who parked the car there. Planting it probably would have required an accomplice, but that isn't a certainty. Someone could have planted it an walked home. How far is it from the mall to the house on Minot?
I would think at least 10 miles probably further.

So, we have two major time slots on the 23rd, when the whereabouts of TT are in question.
Basically, the only two times that day he's got a solid alibi are
1. Bowling 6:30- 8:30 (assuming he was there the entire time)
2. When he showed up at the mall with DA at around 11:00 pm.
Is this right?

Yep that's how I see it.

Did the lady from the bowling alley give a definite timeframe for when she watched TT's son? Or was it that she just said she watched him sometime that night?

She said she started watching the LiL Fella after TT finished bowling his league and left. Then she just said he came back late that night to pick up the LiL Fella.

That sounds like she watched him from 8:30pm till ? Why would TT have left him at the bowling alley after he was finished with the league? I'd understood he didn't show up at the mall till around 11:00. Did I miss something?

That's another mystery. What was everybody doing between 8:30 and 11:00PM???

Maybe having a family "meeting" at the F and CA home?

To refresh my memory, whose handwriting was  officially compared to the letter (besides TT)?

If the car was 'staged' at the Mall, I think it would have to be done before this timeframe maybe a few hours earlier.

If I have it correct the police were on the sceme at the Mall from around 6.30pm onwards? If the bonnet on the car was still warm, I would think they would notice.

Yes, the car definitely would have to be staged sometime in the afternoon.
As I recall, LE didn't show up till much later--they wouldn't come out till the mall closed at 11:00.

Ah okay. I think it may have been some of the parents who showed up around 6.00pm or so.

Our most reliable sources say that FA/CA never left their house, on the 23rd (not even to appear at the mall with other families and LE), except when FA was next door, helping the neighbor-- correct?

Can someone post on here the 40 questions from DJ to DA and DA's answers to those 40 questions. I think it would be beneficial for this group to see DA's handwriting as it pertains to the letter Plus her answers to the questions.

Have you seen it?

Have you seen it?
Sure it's in other groups. To me it's the most important single information that I've seen on this case so far. I don't know how to post or I'd do it.

Anyone knows more about the guy who tried to kidnap DA before Christmas few years later?

Also dear God, A's sisters actually knew Lecia McGee? The girl who got murdered in her car on the 23rd of January 1978?

Sex trafficking is not one of my favorite theories here and these girls wouldn't have lived for long even if that was what happened. This case has gotten too much publicity. If one of these girls were to surface could you imagine the story that they would have to tell? That's a story that some people out there wouldn't want told. There's no way a perp would let them live. IMO.

As for McAlphin, well he's just a compulsive liar supposedly relaying what another compulsive liar told to him. Besides that I think he would have only been a child back then so I seriously doubt he knows anything else either. He's full of it.
No matter how many times I read the dismissals of McAlphin's statements, there is still something about it that bothers me. It seems awfully random that he would attempt to use some "knowledge" of these events years later, resulting from his conversations with El Dorado Jane Doe. It may all be just as many think, nothing more than a lie. It just seems like a strange lie to me. Or maybe it isn't a complete fabrication, and he actually does have some knowledge, even if he misrepresented it in an effort to receive monetary benefit. Like a bunch else with this case, I'm keeping it on the shelf.

It did. All the misinformation pointed to an abduction at the Mall. The house was never really considered, to the best of my knowledge.
It did?

Those alleged sightings about girls possibly being abducted came in much later.

If all that crowd from A's family + TT & his ex kept casually telling contradicting tales right from the get go, unable to agree on anything about anybody's whereabouts on that day, investigators would have to be clinically unable to think and make any conclusion to not go and at least try to clear it up.

They just had to give LE something that made more sense than claim that none of the 4 left the house.
*- except for TT (who half-teleported himself to work and bowling, half got a lift from CA and DA)
**- except for DA who stayed home all day, doing nobody knows what till evening, and later focused on fiercely guarding the phone in case Rachel will call (leaving just maybe few times, to drive TT to bowling alley, and pick him up, and head to the Mall with him few hours later)
***- except for CA who was so sick that FA had to take care of him while giving him some ointment or maybe chemo (leaving just to drove TT to and back from work, but he actually didn't, oh and he also later went to the Mall and shapeshifted into Mr. Wilson and guarded the car till morning)
****- except for FA who had to stay home all day, but visited neighbour, was working in Arlington, while in the same time she kept calling Arlington from her phone at home, and later took her son with her to SS and went through every store in SS and asked for girls, doing that while also being at home and calling same stores and asking for girls)
And while they were doing that, about half of a dozen people were watching this 2yo Schrodinger's baby, who was and wasn't in multiple different places in the same time.

It had to get messed up and misreported later, right?
Cause if that's how they fooled investigators, then I have no words.

Ah okay. I think it may have been some of the parents who showed up around 6.00pm or so.
Renee's dad and his friend/neighbour drove to the mall to search pretty quick. Renee was very clear that she wants to be picked up from grandma's at 4:00 pm so they got worried right away. At 6:00 pm they (Renee's dad and his friend) found the Oldsmobile, got there sometime before and searched for quite a bit. He said somewhere that it was most secluded spot on those parkings and something to the accord that it was hard to spot and nobody wandering close to the mall would be able to notice what's going on around that car.

Short answer: they showed up closer to 5pm i think.
