What's up with the woman from Kerrville wh said she is there as a prayer warrior for Matt? She was quoted as saying that she believes Matt is innocent, but she also said that she has purposely stayed away from hearing about any evidence...huh? Does that make sense to anyone except for her??? Surely a prayer warrior wuld be praying for the truth to prevail, and if she believes the truth to be that he is innocent, she would have nothing to fear in taking a look at the evidence, IMO!

Maybe she is the Sunday school teacher who drug the class down and she doesn't want to tell their parents she made them sit on the murders side, so she was just a warrioring up some Jack Daniels or something????? LOL

I have to say that this quote from the article in your first link just blew me away!!

Defense attorney Guy James Gray also attacked Bulls’ credibility, telling jurors, "Matt Baker is not worthy of praise. I am not proud to represent him, but Vanessa Bulls is not worth of praise here."

To me that sounds like even his "own lawyers" did not believe that he was innocent. Thinking back to Dec. (I think it was) when his lawyers asked to be removed from the case, makes me think that he did a whole lot of lying to his own lawyers and then when they realized the truth and that they had been duped by him, that they wanted nothing more to do with representing him but the Judge did not let them out of it. I think their body language towards Matt Baker said a lot because they sure seemed to be keeping their distance from him during the trial. Completely opposite actions towards their client from those of Baez and Lyons in the Casey Anthony case. (Not that I think that is any indication of her innocents by any means).

I am thankful that the jury found him GUILTY!

My heartfelt prayers go out to Kari's family, friends and daughters for what this sorry excuse for a human being has done and put them through. They have many years of healing ahead of them, and while I realize that this verdict will not bring Kari back, perhaps it will at least make them feel that she can now rest in peace knowing that justice has finally been done. May God bless and watch over them.
