Man charged after investigators say he shot utility worker who was installing fiber lines
A Magnolia homeowner is accused of shooting a utility worker multiple times during a dispute yesterday.

The victim was installing fiber lines. There was apparently a dispute between shooter and victim, but the nature of the dispute wasn't reported. The victim is in critical but stable condition.
