Investigators who descended on the Cypress Mill Park Community believe that all three had been dead before the fire started, while ordering autopsies.'
Suarez said, 'Upon our arrival, our homicide team determined also that the bodies had signs of foul play and also had trauma,' as constables from the Harris County Precinct 4 worked around him.
Also present were members of the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office, who were successful in containing the blaze before it could spread.''

‘I want them to find who did it’: Best friend remembers 21-year-old woman killed in Cypress triple murder

Firefighters responded to a house fire off Plains River Drive in the Cypress Mill Subdivision around 7 a.m. Sunday morning. That’s where they found the bodies of Richard, her boyfriend, Kolin Foster and his mother, Kelly Masciarelli.

''CYPRESS, Texas – Three fluttering butterfly tattoos are sketched on McKenzie Abbott’s forearm in black ink. They’re a symbol of friendship.''

''The killer is unknown, but detectives believe the murders were not random.

Abbott says Richard had been living with Foster at the home for a while and things were going well. She never thought Richard was in danger.''

Yes I did notice that and the perpetrator seemed to know that gate and door would not be locked- no forced entry. Also given Kelly and Kolin worked together at a local alarm company seems perpetrator either knew how to bypass alarm and video or knew what doors weren’t secured….i haven’t heard anything about neighbors hearing alarm going off????
Seems like Perp is either not a stranger or was briefed by someone who had been there

I'm a bit baffled on this one, although there are some ongoing cases in Harris County which no doubt have LE's hands full.

There has to be some connection to something or another in this case.
