No photo in the case details. I think at the very least we should be able to get one off Ancestry.com if we can find a little more information on this guy.

From 2010:

"On November 30, 1997, the body of a 38-year-old truck driver was found behind a fence at Junction Restaurant at U.S. 83 north and Interstate 10.

Kenneth Wayne Minton, a retired carnival worker, had been shot several times with a 12-gauge shotgun, Texas Ranger Dewayne Goll said. Somebody noticed the body while fixing the fence.

Mike Chapman, who now works in the 198th District Attorney’s Office in Kimble County, had been sheriff of that county for three years when the 1997 homicide occurred.

“He was driving (cross country) and stopped in Junction, and met up with his assailant,” Chapman said.

Now, more than a dozen years later, that unsolved killing will get new attention. Chapman said this month after consulting with the district attorney about the case, it will once again be picked up, reviewed and possibly prosecuted. Investigators have a suspect — one whom the previous district attorney wanted more evidence on."
