Good Morning StillHoping!
(I like your on-line name, btw)

I agree that some things about Tonya stuck out to me as well, mainly the hair color and consistency, of course. But also her face shape a little. However, it says that she has a chipped front tooth, and P. Lavender (the Kilgore Doe)'s teeth are perfect, literally. So I'm afraid these two would not match.
But THANK YOU for posting...we need more ideas for this young woman, more "possibles," so I am asking for WSers help to look for missing girls who may be a fit.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

warmly,

warmly,
Thanks. I'm happy to be here, helping any way I can. I can't believe there are so many UID's out there that nobody has claimed. I try to consider people who aren't exact matches because I figure something has to be off for these people to not have been claimed yet. Princess Lavendar will forever be on my mind until she is ID'd. I will soon be starting a thread for another who I have often thought of Salt Lake City Doe. Hope you'll come post. Thanks for being so welcoming.

Hello again,
If anyone has even an IDEA of who they think this facial reconstruction resembles, (Besides Vanessa Schultz, it is not her), please submit your thoughts here. We are actively still searching for this Princess Lavender's ID and appreciate your input. I know some of you spend a lot of time looking around all the missing sites, and may come across something new or unseen before...

Please keep in mind that her teeth are PERFECT, meaning: straight, white, no cavities or fillings or missing teeth! A beautiful smile indeed.

Thank you so much!

Hi sloane:). As you know I always have Princess Lavender on my mind, and I will submit a possible match if ever I find one.

Do you know if it is possible to tell if a person's teeth are straight due to braces or naturally? It is unusual that she has perfect teeth. Too bad Greta or Nancy can't put that on their shows. It is so uncommon for someone to have no cavities and perfectly straight teeth in excellent condition--it would stand out!

Just a thought about Princess Lavender.

Perhaps there is a connection to Hurricane Katrina. SO many people relocated to Texas after that, and I'm sure there are people who got seperated who still haven't found each other. Maybe she "went missing" during Katrina and so there are no recent missing reports for her.

Most likely not this girl but thought I'd post her anyhow. She is a little taller than Princess Lavender and a couple other things are off but they mention perfectly straight white teeth so I thought I'd throw her into the mix.

Details of Disappearance
Jessie moved to Las Vegas in May 2005, met a rich man, and moved in with him within a month or so. Less than one year later, she mysteriously vanished. Her parents talked to her March 28 and said, "talk to you tomorrow", but they have never heard from her again. It turns our her rich boyfriend is not a trust fund baby, as he told her and her family; he is actually a violent pimp with an estranged wife, who is a convicted prostitute, and who has many times threatened Jessie and Jessie's life.

The boyfriend was known to beat Jessica, but her family was unable to get her to leave him. They later found out that he was forcing her into the escort business, which was discovered after she disappeared and her family hired a PI.

One of the last things that Jessie told her older sister, Crystal, during the last phone call was that she was packing and ready to leave the man. Crystal warned her to make sure he did not find out, but Jessie said she thought he already knew. Her family never heard back from her again. The police do not have any evidence of foul play at this time, but her family believes otherwise.
Fingerprints and dental records are available.

Thank you so much, RKnowley and Stillhoping, for your replies to this thread. I feel we are close, somehow, in resolving this case...remember I told you guys that they are actually further along in the CRIME of this situation, than they are in discovering her identity...? I don't think they'll be able to find out her name from the person(s) involved in her death, so it will be up to other means to uncover who she is.

I agree that it could be possible she was in TX somehow bec. of the Katrina chaos, and you're right, Stillhoping, that she could easily have been misplaced and a missing report never went out on her, or the two haven't been connected.

I also was very interested in the post about the missing woman from Vegas, Jessie. I haven't had time to read through everything there is on-line about her...wow! Have you looked through it? There is a LOT! It's also frustrating to me how some girls get SOOO much attn. and others get hardly ANY. Have you ever noticed it's usually the "pretty" (by society's uneducated standards) ones that get the press? Aaaagh! Sorry...a little venting...

Anyway, good job, RKnowley. There are many similar characteristics and I'll see what can be done to compare them. Even though there are LOTS of photos available of Jessica, hardly any photos of her straight teeth are CLEAR, for me to really get a good look at them. Obviously it would be compared scientifically anyway. but of course, I was just anxious to see for myself! ;)

Again, thank you, thank you. Anyone else who comes across "possibles", please post them. Your work is much appreciated! :innocent:

good tip on jessica foster...I think she matches up pretty well and her teeth are perfect. She needs to be looked into more. i'm not sure how she would've gotten down to Kilgore, TX, but there have been weirder things happen!

Well, part of the website about her specifically talks about her travels (NY, CAlif., Fla), and also how those decisions seemed to be made rather quickly, so maybe she decided to give Tx a try. Her goal could have been a more "glamorous" city to start with, say, Dallas or Houston. Good question as to how she would get to Kilgore, but if she befriended someone and traveled with them...

Sloane,

I certainly did read all about Jessie Foster on her website and the media coverage links they have up. That poor girl. You are right though in wondering when these young girls will learn. I also agree with you about certain girls getting so much media coverage and others none at all. It does seem like media covers the "pretty girl" stories much more than others. I guess they believe it's what the public wants? I dunno. It is sad.

I have been trying to find a picture of Jessie that shows her teeth more clearly. I will let you know if I find any.

Take Care!

I see a vague resemblance, but unless Michelle didn't grow much after the age of 12(possible), and she became quite trim compared with her weight at 12, I don't think she is a match.

One thing we want to keep in mind is that Princess Lavender had perfectly straight teeth with no cavities. This in itself is uncommon. If we see a young lady missing with the right age and description we may want to do further research to see if whomever that poor missing girl is had perfect teeth. That would be a good lead. You would think that at a missing site a family member would have given such stand out info to get it onto the sites, but that is not always the case. Even Princess Lavender's site didn't describe her teeth as perfect--and they did poet mortem exam.

I think this case is solvable, and I think there is just something small missing. I don't know what it is, but I think she will be ID'd if we just keep trying. LE is working hard to solve this, and I know they care about ID'ng her and catching the slime that killed her.

I had contacted the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children by phone as well to let them know of the similarities of the photo of Vanessa to the unidentified female. The lady on the phone told me if there's any further questions needing to be answered, the case manager of Vanessa will call me. I figured if I can't locate my missing sister at the moment. I will help find another missing sister of another family.

I'm sure if you've read through this whole thread, you know that we (I think one of the persons was richandfamous) submitted the same info. to LE as well.

Have you come across any others that have similar features and stats?

thanks,

Hi Moonbug:). Thank you for caring about Princess Lavender. Do you have a thread here for your missing sister? If not, perhaps we can start one. I will do a search and see if there is already a thread.

MoonBug,

First of all, welcome to websleuths. I am sorry you come here because of your missing sister. We would like to invite you to someoneknowsme.com where we could set up a forum to discuss the details of your sister's disappearance. I think it is very important to get your sister's information out there on as many sites as possible. Has she had any media coverage? Let us know if there is anything that we can do to try and help get the word out about her.

On Jessie Foster's page on the National Center of Missing Adults (NCMA)website and it lists among the indentifying characteristics that Jessie Foster had caps on her teeth so this most likely rules her out as being Princess Lavender.

Here is her NCMA page: http://www.theyaremissed.org/ncma/gallery/ncmaprofile_all.php?A200705092S

Yes, I have and it can be found at this link http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50694 I haven't heard anyone from NCMEC not as of yet. I keep my home and cell phone nearby me always just in case. I would do anything I possible can to help another family find their missing love one. I know their pain and all. If I can ease one suffering, I do feel better. Maybe one day the favor will be returned.
