This is going to sound awful but I feel kind of sorry for the mom. She really needs to shut up. She reminds me of my dear daughter who has a personality disorder that makes it nearly impossible for her to put anyone other than herself first. Me, my, my, my, me. It's excruciating to know I did my best to raise my daughter with empathy for others but kinda failed. Anyhoo.

Don't throw rotten tomatoes at me. I'm not giving the mom a pass. I think she is an accessory for standing up for these people.

Witness to police: Missing child King Jay Davila was last heard crying on January 3

Missing child King Jay Davila was last heard crying on the night of January 3 and was last seen by a witness in a car seat on January 4, according to an arrest affidavit released on Friday morning.

Officers spoke to three witnesses in the case, including one witness who said he stayed at Davila's house on the night of January 3. He told investigators he heard King Jay crying that night. He also said he last saw King Jay in a car seat on the next day, January 4, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Another witness said Davila arrived at his mother's house before the staged kidnapping. The witness said he saw Torres look into Davila's car and that she "had a shocked look on her face." When the witness tried to look into the car, he was reportedly told by Davila to get back inside the house.

Yet another witness told officers he heard Davila and Sampayo talking before the staged kidnapping. The witness described them as "visibly upset and crying." He also saw them hugging and told investigators it was unusual because they "do not normally hug," according to arrest papers.

Thank you for straightening a few twigs on this twisted family tree. Now...... I wanna know what King’s mom has to say now! Damn it!! I knew the baby was gone but actually hearing that grandma knew her son seriously hurt him is too much!!
I guess all we can hope for is that King died quickly, without too much pain.
I really, really hope LE arrests every single low life that had a part in this, or knew what happened!

I’m behind on this case, catching up. But this is part that I don’t understand. My mom has a lot of issues and was a horrible mom. But she loves her grandkids fiercely. If anyone, my sister or I included, hurt one of them, the last thing she would do is defend the abuser. How can anyone defend this!

The fact that she said she knew he was seriously injured and did nothing makes me sick.
