Leon Palomo was last seen Dec. 2 in the 300 block of Stace south of downtown. Palomo has a diagnosed medical condition that requires a doctor's care. Palomo is 6 feet tall, weighs 210 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He is right-handed and is balding with curly, ear-top-length hair, He last seen wearing black pants, a grey sweatshirt and black tennis shoes.

Registered sex offender leaves San Antonio State Hospital, still missing



Officials are still searching for a registered sex offender who left the state hospital last week, despite discontinuing the missing persons report.

Leon Palomo, 43, left the state hospital Dec. 2, according to officials. We're told Paloma was first sent to the San Antonio State Hospital (SASH) in 2016 for not registering, he was declared not competent to stand trial.
