Here's the thing with protective custody: the inmate in protective custody is not allowed to interact with the general population. The inmate is segregated from the general population and is escorted by a Corrections Officer during their time outside their cell - hence, the term 'protective custody'.

An inmate in protective custody doesn't share meals with other inmates (they take their meals in their cells) - so how did Chalfant give Vence saltines & soup?

I'm calling BS on this whole Chalfant story, unless there is a total break with protocol going on in the Harris County Jail.

If so what then is DVs defense. MDs body was found in AR both QX and the inmate confirmed that DV told them where to find her. Plus the letter that was supposedly wrote.

"Tossed" her? Why is anyone 'tossing' a child much less one that just had a brain injury and skull surgery? These folks are not right in the head. I am telling you, this was a homicide caused by nothing more than ignorance, violence and negligence on the part of DV and BB.

What was he doing to her while he had her on his lap?????????? She must have struggled,and fought, tried to scream, which pissed him off. So he threw her,and he knows what all else. BB Knew too,because the disturbing text. Yet she did nothing. To BB the disturbing text, Maleah's need to see a doctor the day before she left wasn't as important as him cheating and sending dirty pics to someone else. He'll indeed hath no fury.

What disturbing txt?

DV and BB had a fight after BB found a sexually explicit picture sent to someone on DV's phone. During DV and BB's emotional texts and calls after BB left for her father's funeral, and was possibly at the airport, DV apparently sent BB a disturbing text(s) . We don't know what the content was, but BB apparently stopped taking his calls and ignored his disturbing text(s).

I personally believe that DV's disturbing text was the basis for Quantell X to deem that DV's rage and resentment toward BB at that time resulted in Maleah's death. I'm hoping that this text will be powerful evidence against DV if he ever goes to trial for murdering Maleah. moo
